Haier America Main board part not available

To: Haier,

I purchased cell phone of Haier T 1100, on 14 feb, from Yadav telecome center delhi (billdeposite) on 5 of may my cell phone brook down and for repairing i deposited my cell to your service centre LAXMI NAGAR. So many times i went there to repair my cell phone but every time they say me that parts of my mobile phone is not available. and now my phone is deposite with my dealer. And now he says that it will take some time may be one month may be 2 months. If ur co. has no part available please issue me new same mobile phone or i am ready to pay difference of new phone if new phone is expensive than my phone.

Haier America Poor after sales service!

An Irate Indian Customer of a Chinese Product

I bought a Haier Air conditioner, a Chinese make about a year back. It was cooling my bedroom to some extent, which I thought was the maximum possible by an A/C in the hot climate of Delhi.

When the warranty period was about to get completed, (Thank God it happened on time) my wife found that it is not going below a certain temperature. Then I lodged a complaint with the Haier, who assured me that the complaint would be attended to within 24 hours. 24 hours, but then I never thought that 24 hours was going to be such a long one. It took three 24 hours and no one seemed to attend to my problem. Whenever I called the call centre, they would verify all the details and ask me “Sir Has no one still attended to your complaint?” I became the information provider to them. They would set a reminder to the concerned department and see that the service personnel attended to my problem in 24 hours. Another three such 24 hours went and by now I was working better than that call centre executives in replaying the same old messages. Then I had to go to the dealer from whom I purchased this A/C. The person there took this on priority and tried to get it resolved. It took another 3 days for them to find out a solution. We, on the other hand sent a mail to Haier about their service and to my surprise I did not even receive an automatic reply from their end. My attempts to get through the team leader and the manager of the call centre did not materialize as they were in meeting always (Probably to find out a solution on how to dodge the customers).

At last after more than 10 days someone dropped in and serviced my A/C and it looked that I could get it done finally.

But , my happiness was short lived (less than a week) and one fine day when I switched on the A/C there was a spark on it and the electric supply to my whole home went off. Not to mention that, the AC stopped working. I called the electrician of my society to find out that there are full of loose connections in the wiring between the stabilizer and AC, which was done during the so called Service by the Haier’s authorized service personnel.

Now again the same story, get a complaint number from the call centre and this time they gave a contact for the service provider, who in turn advised us to get in touch with another. The third person contacted again directed us to another person, who is supposed and will send somebody who could fix my problem.

During my first call he told me that he will arrange someone to get my A/c fixed on that day itself, but after that I am not able to reach him as he doesn’t answer the phones and I cannot reach any of the persons above except the call centre. The call centre has the same answer ‘They will set a reminder and see that someone attends the problem in 24 hours’. And I am still counting my 24 hours and having sleepless nights in this cool summer of Delhi...

How come you guy not buying warranty which is only cost less than $20 in Walmart for 3 years? I will save your headache, if the ac is broken, it can be replaced with a new one.

I bought this product on 7/1/13 in Rockford, IL I did not start using this item until 8/6/13 when I arrived at my new house in Florida someone stole the central ac before I got here and by 8/14/2013 the product quit blowing cold air. I called Haier on 8/18/2013 which call center is in the Philippines so understanding them is difficult. They gave me a ticket number and told me a repair shop would be calling me to fix this item within 24-48 hours gave me the phone number, the next day Haier called me told me they would have the repair shop call me (Monday). Thursday I called the repair shop after no call. They said they do not even work on AC units. I called Haier back they referred me to another company gave me a new ticket order and said another 24-48 hours to schedule an appt. I called on that Friday the 23rd. They said it would be the 5th of September before they could get out for the appt. I said can you fix it sooner if I bring it in. They said YES! September 4th this company had an automated system call to remind me of my appointment. I called the next day and asked if my AC unit was completed she said no it is sitting on the testing table. I said ok great can you find out when this unit will be ready or what is going on? She said she will have the repair guy call me no call back. I called the next day same story oh I will make sure no matter what he calls you. Monday 9th I called and told them I would like to speak to the manager or owner. He got on the phone and stated the seal was broken and the air compressor it will probably be replaced because it is too much. He already turned the report in to Haier. So I hang up with this man after lecturing him about his follow through techniques. I instantly call Haier they say it is in the review dept with the engineers in the verification department. I call back the next day and the day after that and so on. I said every time I call you tell me that you are going to call me back and I get nothing. One guy said I will call you back and he left me a voicemail at 12pm when I asked him if he could call me after 6 pm Eastern Time. He knew nothing because he could not get a hold of the engineers in the verification department. On September 17th I emailed the company no response back. On Wednesday the 18th I called and refused to be put off again which they did try and demanded to speak with someone in the engineer verification department. They finally put through and the guy asked me to email him my receipt which I did with the box that had my serial number attached to it for more proof. This man told me he was locating a new unit and would have it sent out immediately and I should have it no later then Saturday Sept. 21 since it was going to be shipped from Georgia to Florida. Today is Sunday September 22nd no AC unit and no email back from the company. This company is horrible if they would of sent me a refund I would not of bought another unit from them. I would of went with LG as it is 100 degrees in Florida and we have one small AC unit that has been running the whole month and has done a great job. Also this AC unit is very loud.

I bought 2 of these AC's last year at a walmart store. Both didn't last 2 months. Contacted the company with the run around. Will not buy any of their products again. Ended up buying 3 AC's at Sears. All are Kenmore's and those work fine today.

People beware of Haier junk products!

We purchase a ac on 4th June and install on same day but its not working from 8th June I called so many times to their people but no one can listen to us and no one can attend the complaint.

I read great reviews on the Haier 8000 btu a.c. and man were they ever B.S. From day one I could tell it was not a good unit. The 6000 fridgadare cooled my room much better, I think this one is going back to Lowes.

I bought Haier 4 Ton AC for my 14x17 feet room. Its $1, 500 worth of junk. This is my first purchase of Haier and I wish that I read the reviews here before buying such an expensive item from them. The outdoor compressor starts for 5 minutes and indoor unit throws cool air, but after 5 minutes, outdoor unit shuts down and will not start again for 10-15 minutes, by the time compressor starts again the room is hot, and this is at the lowest temperature setting.
Never Buy Haier. You have been warned.

Paid $200 for my Haier AC unit...it has such large vent openings on the top of the outer part of AC housing, it allows LIZARDS to crawl into the unit; of course they die, and I really have no way of getting them entirely out of the unit! Outside water drainage has also ALWAYS been a problem, as well. Now, the unit has begun to drain INSIDE my home, even though it is properly tilted to the outside, has plenty of air flow inside and out, the filter is cleaned weekly, and both inside/outside coils are CLEAN, for proper air flow! Obviously, the drain hole somewhere INSIDE the unit is clogged, and it is NOT something I can fix! I've had the unit less than 2 years, and actually returned 2 units to Walmart within the 30 day purchase period, for poor manufacturing, AND...one unit actually had rust on the bottom of the pan right out of the BOX! I now have a call in to Haier, and spoke w/a Supervisor about these issues of this MOST POORLY designed AC unit! VERY upset, and would NOT recommend a Haier AC unit to ANYONE! Oh, BTW - Walmart no longer even carries Haier AC units, and NOW I KNOW WHY!

This was the worst possible thing i think ive ever boughten! Haier AC sucks will not go below 75 and my room is TINYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ... and all that wasted effort trying to put it together and get it in my window ..F###### Piece of S### SOOOOO MADDD! >()

I bought HAIER WASHING MACHINE in June 2006 of PkRs.27000/= when 2009 comes i face problem then i call to Haier Service Center in Sargodha Pakistan. They gave very quick services and uplift it for fix problem. After checking they asked that some parts are faulty which will come from china. hopefully your complaint will solve in one month. It's unbelievable but it's true that after 07 months their statment is same when parts come then they fix problem. I make calls to their head office in Pakistan, mails their official address, but you people will surprised no response. Now i am contacting consumer court in sargodha Pakistan.

DON'T BUY HAIER. You'll regret it...Please don't buy Haier it have world's poor after sale services...

Haier America Pathetic customer service!

I purchased Haier windows AC, model AC-HW-18VX from Hazrat's Vision (East), Vikas Marg, Delhi on 07-Mar-2007. Since the weather was good, I didn't get a chance to use my AC till couple of days ago. The AC developed problem within 4 days of usage. It simply stopped cooling !

I logged a complaint with Haier's call centre on 16th May 2007. My complaint# was 283967. I had left a special instruction with them, asking them to send the engineer at my place by 1 pm since I am not available at home thereafter. However, the engineer visited my place on the same day but at 6 pm. He told my parents that some component needs to be replaced and he shall replace the same within two days. He made them sign some paper stating that its necessary as per their process. The engineer didn't return for two days. When I called up Haier's call centre again to check the status of my complaint, I was told that my case has already been closed. The executive again booked a fresh complaint for me (Complaint# 286327, dated 19th May 2007).

I am surprised that how could the complaint be closed without its resolution. The call centre executive told me that I should not have signed the paper offered by the engineer till the time my AC was rectified. But such a process is never explained to the consumer while logging a complaint hence they do whatever they are been instructed to do by the service engineer.

I wanted to escalate the issue to someone more responsible at Haier. I was provided telephone# [protected] for Ms. Sudha. I called her up and explained her the situation. She told me that she shall give me a call in another 15 minutes after talking to the concerned person. Ms. Sudha called me soon and told me that she could not talk to the concerned person but promised that someone shall attend to my problem soon.

Ms Sudha was called again later during the day. Instead some Mr. Vikram attended the call. He told me that engineer shall visit my place with an hour or so. Though as usual, no one did.

I am disillusioned by Haier.

a) I wonder how a new AC could develop a snag within couple of days of its usage ? How can I now expect years of trouble free service from this AC ?

b) I find Haier's service extremely poor. They could not resolve the issue for 3 working days. Instead my case is closed without resolution.

c) Contact number for Haier's service centre for Delh+NCR is mentioned as [protected] at their website though this number is unreachable.

I bought Haier AC with a hope of getting a better product and good after-sale-service. But this doesn't appear to be the case. I purchased my AC to spend my time in comfort rather than chasing you guys for any action.

In fact after buying my Haier AC, I had recommended it to everyone. In fact, my acquaintances bought 3 more Haier ACs (Two in IP Extn and one at Gole Mkt). But I now realize that I have made a wrong judgment in deciding about my AC. I shall ensure that I shall neither buy any of the Haier's product now on nor shall I recommend it to anyone. On the contrary, I shall share my experience with Haier to enlighten them about your 'Inspired Living'.

We bought a microwave oven 23/4/07 we'd been using this but after a 2 months it suddenly stopped working. We made end no. of complains a man came from service center and assured us that will repair the microwave but never showed up again... We still are waiting after a month but we dont get to hear from them any more... We never had expected such a service from haier... now as our family friends come we suggest them not to go fr haier products anymore as their service is pathetic and poor.

We have bought a wasting machine from miraroad from shenahanjali in 2007 model no.wg1135 but we never got a satisfaction of a washing machine as every week we had to wash clothes by our hands. After several experiences we have come to a conclusion that your customer care servicecentre at Mira road particularly is pathentic . They have no no skill to repair a washing machine and also no manners to talk with the customer . We have requested for a full machine checkup but each time they come only to take Rs.250 and fill their pockets . They dont even bring their equiptments properly .Each time some or the other equiptment is missing . We are fed up of all this. If u cannot provide proper machines and proper services to the customers then i advice u to close your company . we are totally fedup of all your nuisence . WE REQUEST U TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION OR ELSE WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST U .
YOU ARE ADVICED TO REFER ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON YOUR ID . WILL BE GOOD FOR WEALTH OF YOUR COMPANY OR ELSE CONSUMERS WILL HAVE TO FORCEFULLY TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY.

I had bought a Haier Split AC on 23rd May 2007 in Lucknow. Since the time I bought it there were cooling problems. Every year I kept reporting this to the technicians who visited my place for servicing. But they kept telling me that after service it will be fine.
It never got fine. The cooling is there but it is very less. Finally last year a technician admitted that yes there is problem in cooling. He said that another technician from Haier will visit my place but no one came.
Now AC is going out of warranty and product is at its worse.

Dear Friends,
I was having the same customer issue with Carrier AC.Since I was planning to buy one more AC so i thought of buying and AC with good customer service.I read a lot on various forums and ultimately came on the conclusion that in india service sector is very poor.Not only AC but what ever product you buy you will face this issue.
So best of luck to all of us for the future.

I bought a refrigerator on 8th april, 2012 . but there is internally gas choke problem. i come to know on next day when it was not cooling. i complaint for this to dealer nd company. but still today they are not trying to solve this problem. So bad company is this HAIER. Listen everyone plz don't but any haier product . It is the worst customer service ever i hav seen. I told the dealer for changing the fridge bt still today he is making me fool everyday with the HAIER executives. Now i will go to consumer forum for complaint against the dealer nd against the company.

Mr I wish to inform you that I purchased anew LCD 32INCHES from your showroom in Dehradun on 6th of DEC2011 as we started viewing the powersupply circut blasted.I complaint to your service centre, Mr Rahul had send Mr Bhatia on complaint Mr.Bhatia told us that power supply circut of your L.C.D has failed he has taken a week to change and as he pluged the L.C.D the same circut blasted again... Mr.Bhatia gave acall to Mr.Rahul on his mobile that there is a manufacturing defect in there L.C.D and he suggested him for replacement. But MR.Rahul has not taken any response on his suggestion and ignored the fault of L.C.D now my L.C.D is in lying in your service center from last 15 days... Now you tell what to do. May i go to consumer court ?

i bought a haier semi automatic washing machine XPB62-0613D on 22/7/11 from then to till now it got repaired for 2 to 3 times by your costumer care guy.. and the machine has some motor problem so for that we asked that guy to replace over machine then he contacted us with subramanyam mechanical engineer of the haier company his contact number ([protected]) and the subramanyam told us that he will replace us the machine within 8days and now its over the days like 15 to 20days..
today again we called him up and reminded him up of the replacement of the machine, the subramanyam is telling that no you just take and come the machine to over place will again check it and then will decided to replace it or not..
we are just feed up of that is these the way to response to the costumers i want you to take a serious action against it...

i bought washing machine and register a complaint over 2 months ago...the engineer refused to believe there was a problem...he said it was working fine...although i told him repeated that the machine vibrate violently...i had to replace the outlet pipe paying 600 since the machine moves away from the connections...the BSM (branch service manager keeps telling me it will be resolved soon...they r expecting a courier of the PCB...nothing so far...havent been able to wash clothes for the last 2 months...shud i ask them to reimburse my part replacement cost n drycleaner bills?...i regret buying the machine...used IFB for 13 yrs without any complaints...frustrated n fed up with Haier...n there attitude...

I do aggree with the above views, Haier is the worst with the bad customer service. Am also facing the issue with LCD wall mount kit not provided from Haier from last 3 weeks, as it was commited to be provided within a week. After 3 weeks still my service request is not attended from Haier..

Dear All,

I have a Haier full automatic washing machine, bought in chennai viveks ltd. If any repair comes the service people will come in within 24 hours, but the guys coming are very much inexperienced, they come and open the machine and just explain in their mobile to their boss abt the problem, finally close the machine saying some other expert will come tomorow... thas alll tata bye bye only. When u ask again in the customere care about the problem, they are saying like the complaint is closed.

Dear Haier if you dont have a proper customer service center why u r selling ur products. Electronic goods are to be serviced periodically particularly any problem occurs. only for name sake u have customer service center that to with amateur repair guys. In Chennai Z-axis is the authorized service center for Haier and elctrolux. I feel its better to do the repair works privately. y becoz after they service, instead of solving the problem its get increased. I WONT RECOMMENDED HAIER TO ANYONE.

Haier America Poor quality and non equipped service centre

We had taken a distribution of a mobile handest from a company acting as national distributor for the mobile manufacturing company.

While starting the distribution we had given a letter on our letter head stating all the conditions agreed by both the companies on which we have acknowledgment of their Regional Manager.

In that letter it was mention that
1. whenever company revise the price they will provide us the price protection.
2. Service center will be the responisility of National Distributor and Manufacturing company.

Now the handsets which we had purchased from the National Distributor turned out to be of poor quality and hence there were lot of service related problems, also service centers are till date not equipped with the required spare parts, due to which it was difficult to sale the material in the market, which we had informed to the country head of National Distributor, but he again and again assured us that the problem related to service will get resolved within someday of time. which in reality didn't took place.

Also since last two to three months our 40 handsets are lying with service centre but they dont have spare parts and hence they not able to provide the service.

one fine day National Distributor adopted unethical practice and sold all the lot of mobile handset directly in our operating territory without any prior information to us at less then half the price at what they had billed to us.

Then we had asked them to provide us the price protection on the stock we were holding, but then they are not at all responding to our queries. Due to which we had been force to book a big loss, without any of our mistake. Stay away Haier Mobiles!

Do not purchase any product made by Haier. My microwave stopped heating just after the warrentee was expired except for the magnetron which has a two year warrentee. It doesn't matter because Haier refused to do anything about it. These products are garbage and do not last. If you have a problem, you can forget about service.

I purchased the handset on 24 aug 2007 and i faced problem that it stopped charging suddenly after 16 days on 11 sep 2007 i went there they told me its main board has to be changed it is under warannty and they said after 15days we will call you and we will repair it now it has been 2 months now they dint called me and whenever i called them they are not responding to me and today when i called so they misbehaved i said them that i will go to consumer court so they said that do whatever you want even there manager also not responding to me i said replace my handset with other even this they are not doing any thing.

I have haier duel sim handset i.e. Z702-Double.Here the vibrating mode could not work even i had changed it into vibrating mode.
So what to do in this case please suggest me as i already contactact to local haeir dealer at panvel bt he unable to solve it. So what can i do in this case .

i have purchased haier mobile model d1200 in april 08 the piece is so bad that in six months both batteries are useless and piece is hanged daily

so what to do in this case i have contact haier dealer in local place kalyan but no use they are not giving proper response in this matter

I have brought Haier mobile on 14/01/08 model no D1200, with in one month it got repaired. I gave the mobile for servicing, First they informed me about motherboard is notworking "we may replace the mobile please come after a week" accordingly i went and they informed that" we will get repired instead of replacing please come after another week, finally theay gave the repaired one after twoo weeks with lot of harrassement and time consumed. After one month again the same problem, the same story repeated but they repaired the set out of way. Once again the problem is as usual, now the mobile is in servece center, GOD knows when they will give to me...totally all these process take more than 1 month lapse for my usage of mobile, these thing make me lot of harrassement and loss of important contacts and time.so i request the haier company to kindly return back the money or giving another model which is proved in the market atleast in the warranty period the mobile should work.
