Crew arrived on time as promised. They didn't waste any time. When I inspected their work afterwards I saw that their attention to detail was excellent. The finished project looks even better than I expected. The crew of installers consisted of Daniel ***, Zach ***. Zack *** and Shelby ***. The original Sales Rep was also very good and did an outstanding job of explaining the product. This went much smoother and professional than my recent experience with an "unnamed Roofing Contractor"! I highly recommend Gutter Helmet and their team of knowledgeable and experienced installers.

What a great job Daniel B and Jason A did on my new gutter helmets and downspouts. I had gutter helmets before but after having a new roof put on the contractor ruined them. I called Adam(sales) from gutter helmets and he came out right away to let me know what I could do. I replaced them and it looks beautiful. They even installed bigger down spouts because mine were so small. No mess left at all. Both Dan and Jason were very personable, professional and on time. I do not usually leave reviews but felt it was right to give credit where credit is due for the nice job they did. Thanks guys

We just had our awning installed yesterday and it looks great. From our original in home meeting until completion of installation we have been pleased and impressed. The price was slightly higher than the other model we compared it to, but quality of construction and especially a much better warranty sold us on Sunesta. We were pleased when we were notified that the awning was received and going to be installed sooner than we had anticipated. The installers, Derrick and Dan H were great! They took the time to thoroughly explain the operation and warranty information and cleaned the site after competing the installation.

We had our Gutter Helmet and Cable replaced yesterday, 9/27. The Two installers that arrived were Alek and John. They arrived mid-afternoon, introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and proceeded to go about their business. When done, they cleaned up their work area and then explained what they had done, gave us reading material and explained that we needed to contact an electrician to hook up the Cable. These were two very dedicated employees that were doing their job and wanted to make sure that we were aware of what they were doing and what they had done! Thanks Alek and John. Peg H Hyland Courts

We are long-time users of Gutter Helmet and have loved it! We have never cleaned our gutters since we got it, and live on a very wooded lot. We recently had a tree fall on our roof, and had to have the roof replaced, along with a couple of sections of the gutter helmet. We decided to add the Gutter Heat to the sections as well. Everyone that I worked with was just great - Amy in the office, and Adam who came to the house. When the two installers came, Chris and Derrik, they reviewed everything with my husband before they even started, which he really appreciated. When they were done, they went over everything with me. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and it's product!

Excellent service from John the salesperson to Trevor and Elijah who installed our new Gutter Helmet. Trevor and Elijah were on time, explained clearly what they were going to do and answered any questions before they left. Later that same day we had a 3 inch rainstorm and the Gutter Helmet worked as predicted. During the heaviest part of the downpour the rain rain easily into the gutter and away from the buildings. Trevor and Elijah did 5 star work and are excellent company representatives. John, the sales representative, was easy to work with, explained the product, the process and expected lead times. Very pleased. Another 5 star job. We are anticipating the installation of our new deck awning.

Elijah and Travis were here this morning to replace my Gutter Helmet that was incorrectly reinstalled by a roofing company. They arrived 10 minutes early (which I think is commendable) and after a short conversation started their work. After a little over 2 hours they were done. I found both Elijah and Travis to be professional in their installation (there was very little noise during the whole time they were here) and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. I have had Gutter Helmet on my house for well over 10 years and have been very pleased with the product. I was similarly very pleased with the work done by Elijah and Travis today. I would highly recommend Gutter Helmet and the installation team of Elijah and Travis.

I just had gutter and gutter helmet installed on my entire house, I have hip roof so the job was sizable. I could not decide on the color for the helmet that would look best with my shingles so they decided to bring both options with them on the install day to determine what will look best. Hard to tell from the small sample the salesman had with them. Cody K and Zack N did a great job, they showed up right when they said they would and got straight to work. The new gutters look great and certainly add value to our home. I was pleased with the color options they have available, the downspouts match my siding perfect. This is my second home installing gutter helmet and I strongly recommend it especially in areas with lots of trees

Just had Gutter Helmet come out and add onto an original order by installing the Gutter Helmet on a garden shed. This is my 3rd visit from them and they have always been on time and have gone over the work they were going to do. Alex and Daniel were professional and the job looks great! i am having an large awning installed and when they arrived on Monday (different crew) the lead installer suggested a better way to install my deck awning. I appreciated that they did not just go ahead and install as i know I would have been dissatisfied with the installation. They ordered the needed parts, the office called to confirm install date and time. I have been very impressed with the folks sent out to do the work and with the product itself.

Wow, what a great experience. From the moment my sales person came, I was comfortable with his presentation and chose Gutter Helmet over the other providers. I was not ready to sign but when I did decide, my Salesperson came back and I signed the more exact proposal and paid the half down part. (I rarely give a contactor money up front, almost never in fact. But my sales person was exceptional so I agreed to do that. No worries, no problems!) My installers, Daniel B and Jason A were ot only ontime, they worked hard in the HOT weather. Every detail seems exactly as the salesperson and I talked about. The gutters look great and are much higher quality than my old gutters. I almost can't wait until it rains so I can see them work! Edward D

Worst customer service ever. And the worst part is the salesman supposedly has been selling power awnings (Sunesta) with Gutter Helmet for 18 years. When he was out to give me a quote, he originally told me 4 to 5 weeks but when I signed a few days later he said I’ll put down six weeks. It is just now six weeks .. June 9th and he calls me today and tells me he just checked on it and the fabric is on back order till the middle of July which is another four weeks out. It’s obvious that he knew this before today but was trying to buy time to not lose the sale which he ended up anyway. Wow just wow that someone can operate like this... obviously they have lost this customer...I am a senior citizen and I’ve never in my life experienced such poor customer service.

Mike D My wife and I have been getting a lot of work done on our house this summer and it has been trying to say the least working with several companies that had shortages, backorders, labor shortages and questionable customer service. The last phase of our project was the gutters and I cringed thinking OK more hassles but to my surprise from the initial phone call to the final gutter it was seamless ( sorry ). The salesman was very knowledgeable, customer service was polite and efficient. When the installers Cody and Zach pulled up to my house they got to work right away and had the gutters done in less than 4 hours. The installers were very respectful of our new siding and landscaping. we could not be happier with the final product and the overall service! Well done!

I had Gutter Helmet install gutters on my new garage and gutters with gutter helmet on my house. They worked around my travel plans to schedule the installation and followed through on time and on plan. Jared and Michael arrived at 8:30, worked all day and completed the big job in about 10 hours. They were friendly, respectful, hard working and totally professional. Our job had some additional complexities including a 3 story bay windows addition, unusual wing roof lines at the 2nd level and accommodating several rain barrels to catch runoff from several different roof lines with unique 'Y' diverters to redirect runoff when the rain barrels are full and in the off season when the rain barrels are in storage. Jared and Michael made sure the job was done to our complete satisfaction every step of the way.

My original Gutter Helmet was installed in 2006. A hail storm in 2020 damaged my roof and the Gutter Helmet and insurance covered replacement. Today Eli and Dan installed my new system with color that matches my new roof and vent stacks. It is so much better than my old light gray one. They did a fantastic job and site all cleaned up on their departure after leaving me an instruction manual (don't recall getting one in 2006) and nozzle to keep them clean. In 14 years I've never had an issue with them and never had my gutters cleaned and I have Maple trees and other trees with seeds. I was amazed when the old one was removed and only shingle granules and thin layer of dirt in the bottom of the gutters. Gone were the days of little Maple trees growing in my gutters and climbing to clean them out. Thanks to Eli and Dan for there great work and conversation and Adam for his work with my insurance company.

When we moved in 15yrs ago, we had Gutter Helmet installed on our entire roof except the front gable area over the entrance since it had no gutters and a limited amount of roof over the 30 feet span of the gable. Called Gutter Helmet to install gutters and Gutter Helmet on that span to resolve all the drip issues we were having. Chris and Derrik did an absolute phenomenal job of determination and installation. It wasnt just a matter of putting up the new gutter and helmet. The roof gable was not level at the time the house was built in 1965 all the way accross the house, hence the reason the previous owners didn't put up gutters in that area. Chris and Derrik came up with a solution to add a downspout to that span. When they told me there was an issue, I thought I was doomed. But rather than just installing the gutter and helmet to the existing gutters and hope for the best, they actually solved the issue so it would work. Other company's obviously took that approach, hence no gutters on the gable. Now, I'm 100% Gutter Helmet protected. I periodically checked the gutters over the last 15years and have not found any leaves or seeds in my gutters. It is amazing how Gutter Helmet actually works. I'm a 15yr believer, especially since my house is surrounded by Box Elder, Maple and Oak trees. THANKS TO CHRIS & DERRIK, I AM LEAF, SEED AND DRIP FREE.

If I had to get gutters all over again, I would use these guys 100 times over! We went through the full process of quoting this project out (getting gutters around our full house) with about 6 different companies. At the end of the day we chose Gutter Helmet of Minnesota and we couldn't have been happier with the experience - from the phone call with a woman in the office (I'm unsure of her name) to Mark (the sales guy), to Zack and Don (the installers), and to Ryan (one of the managers). First, their service, sales technique and timeliness was second to none. Mark was awesome, he was real with us, he was responsive and also respectful of the fact that we work from home and had meetings going on. He didn't waste our time, or push too hard on us to purchase on the spot, and although the price wasn't the lowest, it wasn't the most either. He didn't try to upsell us where it wasn't necessary. He gave us realistic recommendations and also advised us to chat with the installer once he got there where he thought he maybe didn't know best. That honesty is so respected! Then, there was Zack R and Don S the installers. Seriously, these guys were awesome! They were 15 min EARLY which never happens, they were super productive and they gave excellent recommendations on where they would suggest changes. They got the job done with such quality work in only a few hours, and to more credit, they did it through the first really cold rain of the season. Plus, they were happy and friendly, which I give credit to the great company culture they seem to be a part of. When we had a couple of questions about if there were alternative options to routing the final product, even Ryan was very quick to personally reply and generously help us out and make us feel like a valued customer...AFTER the job was already done! Honestly, I couldn't have been more grateful to work with these guys! Their product and the options are great, and they make our home look even better than before! I'm so grateful we went with them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Grages Enterprises, Inc. dba: Gutter Helmet of MN put a gutter helmet and helmet heat system on our house in 2016. In December , Adam Tellers from Gutter Helmet found out that the heat cables were broken. He said we had to pay $719 to get them replaced. He mentioned that Gutter Helmet would get in touch with me in the spring of 2020 to schedule the cable replacement. I think Gutter Helmet or Grages Enterprises, Inc. should be the ones responsible for covering the cost of replacing the faulty cables.
