Non-responsive management company. Work order from 2 years ago still not done regarding asphalt damage from snow plows. We went from the frying pan of management companies to the fire! Imagineers LLC, the company we hired to handle our property management, has been a disappointment. Despite reporting the damage caused by snow plows to our asphalt two years ago, they have failed to address the issue. It seems like our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. We thought we were escaping a bad situation with our previous management company, but it turns out we jumped right into another one.

This property management company is the worst. They have rediculous by laws that they enforce but not the more serious ones. They neglect basic maintanance of the buildings and then require the owners to pay for repairs/updates.

I wanna say a big thanks to the whole imagineers construction team and their boss. I hired imagineers for my kitchen and bathroom redo and for painting my whole crib. They did a bang-up job. Imagineers ain't just a property management company, they also do construction stuff. The construction crew is totally separate from the property management crew. The construction guys are pros, they work fast without skimping on quality, they clean up after themselves, they pay attention to detail, and the end result is mind-blowing! The crew is super talented and the best part is they're really nice folks. I'm super grateful to have had such awesome pros do my home makeover. I've gotten tons of compliments from my peeps and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Imagineers LLC is the worst management company ever. They once wasted our time by not picking up the garbage on the usual day. A homeowner emailed the community to ask why the garbage wasn't collected, but no one responded. So, I took it upon myself to call the waste company. I then emailed the community to let them know that the garbage wasn't picked up due to a shortage of employees.

The next day, Kerry G from Imagineers called me and started yelling at me for calling the garbage company. She said it was her job to make that call. She didn't let me speak and kept talking over me. She even told me to remove Imagineers from the community communication because it was clogging up her inbox. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Had she forgotten that we pay her salary? If you're looking to hire a condo management company, do not hire Imagineers. They are the absolute worst. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and are incredibly incompetent. I hope Kerry G's superior reads this review and gets rid of her.

I been harassed by the assistant property manager, Kerry G with Imagineers LLC. I've got letters and emails about a fake complaint 'bout my unit 'nvolving kids that ain't got nothin' to do with my unit. There been safety concerns with young, unsupervised kids playin' in the street of the complex. My child, though, be much older 'n wouldn't be involved in the accusations 'gainst my unit for chalk, scooters, etc. (We don't even own those things) 'Cause of COVID, I also don't let nobody in my home, 'n my older child wouldn't be interested in havin' them younger kids come to our home. No unit member got control or responsibility for a child they ain't the parent of. We also ain't got no control over where them kids play or what unit they be playin' 'round. Instead of just openin' the files the association got (or returnin' my phone calls) to get info 'bout the residents in each unit, I been contacted over 'n over 'bout an issue I had no part in. When I first got contacted, I called the phone number for Kerry in the letter 'n left a detailed message with my phone number. A week later Kerry be contactin' me 'gain through email sayin' I ain't cooperatin'. I done had several phone calls 'n voicemails ignored by Kerry. She decided to respond to my email response 'n right away blamed a member of the community without just sayin' sorry for keep botherin' me 'n ignorin' my attempts to reach her, or takin' responsibility for the fake accusations. This whole thing be handled real inappropriately 'n unprofessionally. This ain't someone who should be part of the organization 'cause she be a liability for the association 'n ain't fit to support a community.

Condo Details - 7***
Sold my Condo on 07/05, I had paid around $1500 extra Condo fees but not able to check online for correct info. I have reached out to Imagineers (call and contact using their page) managing Condo for refund but unsuccessful. Looking to your service to help with refund of extra condo fees. Attached the payment stub for reference.

I'm writing on behalf of my elderly and handicapped mother. She lives on ***. The front door lock has been broken for 2 weeks now. To enter the building, she has to go around to the back entrance. She and others in the building have complained multiple times, but there has been no response. Some residents have resorted to leaving the door open because they couldn't get in. This poses a safety risk as anyone could enter the building. Additionally, the front steps leading into the building are damaged. We requested a ramp to be installed, but we haven't received any response. All the other units in the building have ramps for accessibility.

I wanna complain 'bout my condo board, Imaginners LLC. They still ain't come back to fix them concrete pads under my deck stairs. Them pads got messed up three years ago when the landscaping crew ran 'em over. They ain't even installed right in the first place. The board did send a crew to fix 'em, but dang, they didn't dig deep 'nough to secure 'em. It's a dang health risk 'cause I actually cut my foot walkin' down them stairs. Also, I asked 'em for a new screen door for the deck. The wheels done fell off 'n it's hard to close 'cause it ain't on the track right no more.

Imagineers LLC is the property management company for *** in ***. They say that heat and hot water are included in the monthly condo fees we pay. But it seems like they only provide heat when they feel like it. They just decided to turn off the heat completely without telling anyone. There's nothing in the bylaws about this. I've been here for a long time and they've never given us any written notice about this. I thought the residents were supposed to make these decisions as an Association. There was no vote or anything. Honestly, it seems like what they're doing is illegal. It was really cold this morning, only 33 degrees, and my thermostat inside showed 55. The heating system is already set to turn off when it's 60+ outside. That should be enough whether it's July or December.

On Friday September 16th, 2022, Theresa F, the Property Manager of Imagineers, sent me a letter sayin' that I was usin' bad language and causin' trouble with threats of fines if I don't follow the rules. Honestly, I haven't had any such problems with anyone in ***. The issue I'm havin' is with my upstairs neighbor ***. They've been botherin' me with phone calls and, more importantly, they keep pourin' water, sweepin' dirt, rubbish, and even paint onto my deck. This has been goin' on since they moved in between 2019 and 2022. I've complained to Theresa F and Tracy M more than six times about their rude behavior, hopin' they would put a stop to it. Unfortunately, Theresa F ain't takin' my complaints seriously and hasn't responded in over 3 weeks. I'm afraid she wrote this letter to protect herself and make me look bad. I would go to the Board for help, but she pretty much controls the Board and only pays attention to condo tenants who agree with her. It's a tough situation 'cause Imagineers LLC has a mean property manager, and I'm stuck dealin' with false accusations.

I got a problem with cold air in my bedroom. I asked for the roof to be fixed in April. Someone came to take pictures a few weeks or maybe a month later. Mike emailed me in August saying he would check on the work orders. Now it's almost October. My room gets really cold in the fall and winter, you can feel the cold air coming in. I looked into it myself. It seems like the seal on the outside needs to be taken off and replaced, closer to the siding and gutter. I really need this to be taken care of. I tried fixing the damage on the inside, which is obviously my responsibility, but because the outside issues haven't been fixed, it keeps coming back. Also, they initially turned me away when I mentioned water damage on the frames of both second-floor balcony doors. They replaced one frame but not the other. The frame they replaced, someone forgot to put a piece of frame at the bottom of the triangular window, so water got in and rotted the top of the new frame for that door (I have it documented in work orders and emails). The other triangular window base was never replaced. It has rotten wood that I tried sealing myself to prevent more water damage. That needs to be replaced along with the whole door frame. The frame is completely rotted and has mold. Lastly, Imagineers fixed the water damage that was seeping into my kitchen from outside last year. It looks great, but there's cold air coming in from where they removed and replaced the frame.

In January 2022, I asked Imagineers LLC to fix the outside walls of my condo. I reached out to Suzanne B, the property manager. The wood on the exterior walls is rotting badly, and some of the moldings are hollow. The gutter doesn't work, so when it rains, the water runs down the side of the building. This has caused the paint to peel, the brick facade to fall apart, and carpenter ants to invade my home. The pest control warned me about extensive water damage on the outside walls two weeks ago. They also mentioned that I should check the inside walls for moisture and mold, which I'm highly allergic to. Ms. B claimed that all the work was done in her last email, but that was a complete lie. I immediately sent her and *** and *** pictures to prove it. However, I haven't received any response so far. They did some minor work on the outside where plants were growing inside the rotten wood. Imagineers takes forever to reply, and their communication is terrible. They've been dishonest in their responses to my emails and service orders. That's why I'm reaching out to the ComplaintsBoard.com for help and to warn other condo owners about my experiences with this company. I've sent Imagineers pictures and emails asking them to complete the repairs, but they haven't been responsive. I brought this up at a board meeting, and they said they would discuss it in an executive session months ago. Tomorrow night, I'll attend another board meeting and try to address the ongoing neglect. It's unacceptable that after ten months, all they have to say is "we have the work order." Now, I have pests inside and potential water damage on the inside walls. Imagineers doesn't tell the truth to homeowners. I appreciate any help you can provide with this issue.
