Marcus was extremely professional and did a great job on our gutter tune up, he removed old gutter guards and showed detailed photos of before and after we are very satisfied with his work. additionally he explained to us all of the service schedules we could choose from and prepay options. We will definitely use them again! very knowledgeable and great at his job!

We had a great experience with American Home Contractors. Isiah Gonzalez, our technician, was friendly, thorough, and professional. He carefully cleaned all of the gutters and blew away all of the debris afterward. We recently moved into the house, and Isiah told us about the condition of the roof and gutters, and gave us expert advice on future maintenance. We definitely will use them again!

We would highly recommend American Home Contractors. They did a great job replacing the roof, siding and gutters on our home. Our sales rep Shaun D. was great to work with. He was very accessible and answered all of our questions -- which were many. We particularly liked how knowledgeable he was about the products. Isiah G. cleaned the gutters on my house and did a great job. He communicated with me to change the appointment (earlier than had been scheduled) and arrived promptly. Isiah did a professional job, including providing me with before-and-after photos of the gutters and roof. He also told me about a service contract in which I could save money by prepaying for cleaning the gutters again. I recommend American Home Contractors and Isiah G. for gutter cleaning.

Mike did a great job on my roof tuneup.He asked me if I had any concerns before he began, and I mentioned the shingles from a piece of my ridge vent that were in my yard. He replaced pieces of a ridge vent that blew off in a storm and replaced/nailed down some shingles. He also sealed exposed nails throughout my roof. He sent photos of my whole roof and I received an inspection report--all within 15 minutes of him doing the inspection. Thank you, Mike! Carol

Recently hired American Home Contractors to install new roof and gutters. The whole process went smoothly. The roofing team showed up and immediately started work in the morning and the roof was completely finished by afternoon. I received photos of the work in progress while the team was still on the roof. The team fully and carefully cleaned up after the project. The new roof looks great. The gutter team came the next day and also finished quickly. Highly recommended.

Marcus from American Home Contractors (AHC) performed roof tune-ups on both of our properties. He was thorough and efficient, explaining what he found, and documenting the work with photos. He was also personable and professional, just like the other roofers from AHC who have tuned up our roofs over the past few years - yes, we are return customers who are highly satisfied with AHC's work. In fact, we've already prepaid for next year's tune-ups. Their rates are reasonable.

Michael G. was on time, professional, and pleasant. He listened carefully to my worries about roof leaks - even going in the very tight attic to spot trouble issues. Then he inspected the roof and found and repaired nail pops, loose and cracking roof cement around the chimney and the skirts on the plumbing stacks all in an hour's time, inviting me to watch him work. We would highly recommend American Home Contractors. They performed a full roof replacement on our home. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable, knew what's involved in the actual work of replacing a roof, had plenty of samples, as well as a list of homes we could drive by to see projects they completed. Contract process was hassle free and addressed all of our questions. The work crew was very professional and efficient. Left our property in clean condition. It was a pleasure doing business with AHC and we would work with them again on future projects.

I called American Home Services because I noticed some spots on the ceiling in a bedroom that I suspected were the result of a roof leak. When Paul C. arrived I showed him the general area of the leak, and he identified and addressed the worn out rubber around the roof vent. In addition, he did a full roof inspection and tacked loose shingles, nail pops, and other issues that could have been the source of future leaks. The pictures of the roof, before and after the repairs, were very helpful. Paul was punctual, courteous, thorough, and clearly explained the work he did. I would call American Home Services again.

Michael O'Brien came out because of water in my lighting fixture. He was very thorough and professional, checking all over the attic looking to see if he could locate where the water came from. He explained everything in great detail and showed me very detailed pictures. He then went up on the roof and found 4 missing shingles, which he replaced after asking if the color was close enough since he did not have an exact match. He did some caulking on the roof and gave me the good news I was hoping to hear. I highly recommend Michael O'Brien and American Home Contractors to anyone who is concerned about their roof.

James I is the sales representative that assisted me with obtaining a new roof for my home. He explained to me in detail the various shingle options that were available and the installation process. James helped me pick a highly reputable brand of shingles that fit my budget. James even helped with financing a portion of the cost (18 months no interest).

Jorge managed the installation crew, who were also great. The entire American Home Contractor (AHC) team are professional, high performing, and exuding excellent customer service; resulting in a job well done. I love my new roof!

Marcus was very prompt to his appointment and fully explained the procedures and techniques he would use to handle our problem of a roof leak. His work was very thorough and complete. He backed it all up with great, detailed photos and described all the other capabilities his company has to perform other repair work regarding roofing, gutters and downspouts, and inspections.

Called American Home Contractors to do a roof and gutter tune up after seeing some good reviews on Google. The technician, Chuck F, called to let me know he's on his way and showed up right on time. Chuck and his partner did an amazing job with everything. They found and fixed numerous issues on my roof and gutters, provided me detailed before and after photos of the work they did, and everything looked great. They were really attentive to detail, very friendly and easy going, and did a thorough job making sure everything was sealed properly and all nails were put back in properly. I should note that I had a lose piece of siding that's been hanging off the side of my house for months. Never got around to fixing it. Chuck actually took the time and put the siding back in place properly so I really appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to repair that for me. It shows great work ethic! I also liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me additional services or push me to replace anything that didn't need replacing. I will definitely be using American Home Contractors again for my other projects or fixes. Everyone was great from the first call to the receptionist all the way to end of the project. A+ Service!

Advertisemet stated cost of Premium Roof Tuneup will be $149. On appointment day (after waiting two moths) they said it will cost $298. I called American Home Contractors in Mid October to get an appointment for their Premium Roof Tune-up for $149 as advertised. They asked me three questions: 1. How high is the roof (# of stories)?---- I told them is 3 stories 2. Do you have a deck on second floor and can they use it?---I said yes 3. Is the roof steep? --- I told them it is They gave me an appointment on Nov 20, 2020. We dwere out of town and traelled back 125 mile for the appointment. They cancelled the appointment since it was a rainy day. The next available appointment was on Jan 4, 2021. I took it. On the day of the appointment two hours prior to the appointment a technician called me and told that it would cost $298 (double the advertised amount) to get the work done because our roof was steep. I complained to their office. Ms. Cassandra looked up the information and said, I will talk to our Head person and will call you to see what we can do. I even offered to give an additional $25 more than the advertised price of $149.. She did not call back. I called back the same day. Ms Samantha told me that Ms. Cassandra left for the day at 3PM. Next day morning I called again. They routed me to Ms. Cassandra's voice mail. No one wants to talk to me. This is not acceptable for a good business model. I need the roof work done at the advertised price. They could have told me in October that they did not intent to do the job. They cost me two months of time with a roof that I depended on them to fix.

The company did a roof repair job to stop two leaks. The original leaks have remained after completion of the work. The company did a roof tune up for me and recommended additional work to address two leaks. I signed a contract on 5.11.19 and the work was completed sometime in July the same year. The contracting agent was James Smith. I have paid the full amount for the work that recommended. Despite the completion of the work and full payment the leaks continue in the exact spot that was to be addressed by the work contracted for with Mr. Smith. I have called repeatedly in an effort to address the concern about the work. No remedial action has been offered or taken. In March this year a worker from the company came to assess my complaint and promised to get back to me with a suggested course of action. I never heard from him again. After repeatedly calling again and after multiple promises to address the situation, I received a call from gentleman named Nick from the company on 9.11.20. Nick promised to send someone out within a week. Roughly a week or so thereafter, a worker came by and looked at the areas of the leak. I have not heard from Nick since that initial call. After additional phone calls last week, I was contacted by another individual from American Home Contractors and he indicated that he would be investigating the matter. I have not heard from that individual as well. I am confident that the source of the continuing leak is the product of either 1) erroneous diagnosis of the original problem and the draft of a contract that simply failed to address the original problem, or 2) the diagnosis was accurate but the craftsmanship was poor and did not address the initial problem. I reach these conclusions regarding the source and cause of the ongoing problem because the leaks that I am experiencing now are in the exact same location as the original leaks that American Home was hired to address.
