We had some water damage from a leaking water heater. They came out and assessed, dried, and fixed the problem with no hassles at all. You can?t tell that there was water damage now!

The Project Manager and tech did an outstanding job on this project. They worked on weekends, Memorial Day etc to complete the job. Their quality of work and efficiency were outstanding. The Project Manager should be commended for his participation in completing this project. I will highly recommend this company to other people.

Great service! We have three young children running around and every person who came out was able to work around them, didn?t seem bothered and was great to be around. Very appreciative considering we?re all having to work from home during this pandemic so everything is a bit more hectic. Thank you for the great service to our home.

Quick Restore came the morning that we called. *** came and assessed the problem and gave us a couple of options. That afternoon a couple of guys came and worked on our problem in a timely manner. We were scheduled to go out of town for a family reunion and appreciated being able to contact them while we were away but their equipment was in our home. -

The quality of the work was excellent, and I liked how this company really worked with us to keep the costs of our repairs within the budget that we had from our insurance. They were able to get us a new shower and tub plus new flooring and fixtures when the insurance only approved for a tub and tile. I wasn't pleased with how long it took though. It was almost a month from when our insurance approved them until the work got started.

This company is AMAZING! They took care of everything we wanted not what our insurance company wanted. They handled everything from the start of our water damage to the day we were able to come home...3 months. They communicated directly with our insurance so we didn?t have to. Use them! I promise, you will regret it. They work for you and not for the insurance company. Everyone that worked on our house was kind, respectful and empathetic to us. Thank you Quick Restore LLC!

This was a very stressful 2 months to navigate through a restoration process. Quick Restore was an absolute blessing to walk me through this process. I can?t say enough good things for how they handled EVERY STEP of the journey. They kept me completely informed all along the way. They were easy to contact and always responded immediately. The people they employ are exceptional in their quality of work and the companies they contract with are over the top exceptional as well. I want to especially mention Derek who walked me off the ledge more than once when I was stressing about the process. He was FANTASTIC!There aren?t enough good things I could say about my experience working with QUICK RESTORE!

WOW! This company is awesome! I had water damage from a leaking garbage disposal that was undetected for a couple of days. The dry out company recommended another contractor to put the cabinets back together after the dry out was completed. I got a quote from them but was not at all impressed with their reviews. It took me several hours calling around to kitchen cabinet companies and finally I tried another dry out company and they recommended Quick Restore. What a blessing! ! These guys came out, sent me a very detailed quote and did an amazing job, quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Their price was approximately $1,000 less than the other company, an added bonus! Since I have never had water damage before I had no idea where to turn to restore the cabinets. I am thrilled to have found them!

Quick Restore cashed my check on 3/28, paid in full. But then, they put a lien on my house and reported it to my credit on 6/3. I already had a receipt stating that I paid in full. It seems like they are purposely causing trouble for me because I plan to sue them for stealing my belongings. I want them to completely remove it from my credit since it was never late and I paid in full 10 weeks before they reported it.

The water heater broke and got the laundry room floor and wall all wet. The guys who came to fix it said they'd dry the floor and wall using their stuff for 3 days and then put up a new wall. They showed up on 5/21 and told my wife they won't fix the wall. They keep saying they'll charge us $750 just for leaving the dryer in the laundry room (we gotta pay for the electricity too). One of the guys came back to our place and warned me that if I don't pay for the dryer, he'll send this issue to collections. The company didn't do what they said they would and they threatened us.
