They did a great job gettin my insurance claim submited and the check issued. Now that they got the money I hear very little from them. Im patiently waitin for an update on gettin *** replaced. They dont return phone calls or respond to text messages.

Worst company to do business with. I live in Florida and I have a contract with Venture Construction Group of Florida since January to put a new roof for me. I tried to get in contact with them, but they never contacted me. After 6 months, they finally sent somebody to remove the shingles. That group of people just showed up to my house without contacting anybody. I let them remove the shingles because it's been too long. They said they're coming back to put the metal. It's been 9 days now and I haven't heard anything from them. I called the corporation number (XXX)XXX-XXXX, but nobody was able to help me. They don't have an answer. The company already got paid. This is too much. I really need someone to help me with this situation. Thank you.

This company don't help veterans! Especially veteran's that are about to deploy! It's 3 years and we're still getting the runaround! They took the money from our insurance company to fix our home 2 years ago, and we are still displaced. My husband will be deploying to Afghanistan in January and would like his family safe in there home before he deploys.
