I have provided pictures of the water issues that are coming in from the chimney area of my house. However, I have not received any response from you or your company regarding the photos or the investigation of the issue that was supposed to be conducted after the roof repair. Prior to the roof repair, there were leaks in certain areas, but not around the chimney. In the 15 years that I have lived in this house, I have never experienced any water problems with the chimney. I am reaching out to you in a proactive and professional manner, but it is disappointing that you are not addressing my concerns. I would like to remind you that you did respond on February 14, 2022, requesting the photos, which indicates that you remember my house and the service you provided. However, it is now February 28, 2022, and I have not received any communication from you or your company regarding the photos of the damage caused by the leaking chimney or any information about the roof warranty. I am reaching out once again in the hope of receiving some form of correspondence from your company. It has been two weeks since the roof work was completed, and I have not received the warranty or any pictures showing the work that was done. I have been trying to find a solution to this issue without involving legal representation. Unfortunately, the leaking from the chimney is only getting worse, and I do not believe that I should be responsible for your mistake. I paid your company over $30,000.00 through my claim with ***, and it has only been three years since you serviced my roof. The constant leaking has caused mold behind the drywall and has damaged the wood underlayment and flooring, as the wood has buckled due to the cold weather. I had to remove the wet drywall and damaged flooring before it became unsafe to live in my house. During the winter, I have to run a dehumidifier constantly to combat the moisture from the leaking chimney and the exposed walls. As a result, my electrical bill has increased significantly.
