I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the rental property at 793 Tarneit Road, Tarneit, VIC 3029, and the manner in which I have been treated by the landlord/property contacts at +61 483 793 619 and +61 480 769 018.

I was asked by the landlord to vacate the property and I complied with their request, leaving the property within the timeframe provided to me. The decision to vacate was not made by me, and therefore I do not accept responsibility for any financial loss arising from the landlord's decision.

Despite this, I have been charged the entire month's rent, and my bond has still not been returned. I consider this extremely unfair and unacceptable, particularly given that I was given very limited time to arrange alternative accommodation.

I have contacted the landlord/property contacts repeatedly by phone and message to resolve this matter and obtain my money. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a proper explanation or a satisfactory resolution.

More seriously, during my attempts to recover my money, I was spoken to using abusive, disrespectful and inappropriate language. I strongly object to being treated in this manner. I expect all future communication to remain professional and respectful.

To be absolutely clear, I am requesting a proper explanation for:

Why the entire month's rent was deducted when I vacated the property at the landlord's request.
Why my bond has not been returned.
The basis on which these deductions have been made.
When the outstanding amount will be paid to me.

I have retained records of my communications and attempts to resolve this matter, including messages and other relevant evidence.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking the appropriate formal steps available to me regarding the bond and disputed rent, and I will provide the relevant evidence to the appropriate authority if required.

I also intend to share my personal experience publicly so that prospective tenants can make their own informed decisions before entering into any rental arrangement with the people involved. Any information I share will be based on my documented experience and communications.

I have already made repeated attempts to resolve this directly and reasonably. I should not have to continue chasing money that is rightfully owed to me or tolerate abusive communication while doing so.

Treat this matter seriously and provide a written response regarding the outstanding bond and rent deduction without further unnecessary delay.
