Gulf Air – Technical error tansfert to booking

I tried to book but I could not confirm my booking because of technical error on the website and after that I repeated the process and I successed to book, the problem I found that you took twice of the price when I check my bank account, I have contact the center and I write feedback and you said there is not transaction but the bank statement say the opposit, sr240037620 I attached documents confirm that company made transaction two times.
