Subject: Urgent Complaint: Unresolved Ticket Date Change and Unresponsive Customer Service

Dear Gulf Air,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have encountered regarding my recent experience with Gulf Air.

I purchased a round-trip ticket, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change the return date. Unfortunately, Gulf Air's systems were down, making it impossible for me to modify my ticket online or through the call center in Bahrain.

Despite numerous attempts to reach out, both through the website and phone calls, I was unable to get assistance. The unavailability of their systems and the lack of response from the call center left me in a situation where I could not change my ticket promptly.

In a desperate attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out via email, only to be met with a demand for payment via money transfer within a half-hour window. As a foreigner currently in the Philippines, I encountered considerable difficulties in transferring money from Turkey to a local Philippines bank account within the given timeframe.

Regrettably, due to these circumstances beyond my control, I missed my flight. I understand that unforeseen technical issues can arise, but the lack of alternative solutions or assistance in this matter has been both frustrating and disappointing.

Furthermore, attempts to contact Gulf Air's customer service by phone have been unsuccessful, as no one seems to answer the calls. This lack of responsiveness exacerbates the challenges I am facing in seeking a resolution.

In light of these issues, I am requesting a refund for the missed flight, as the circumstances leading to this situation were beyond my control, and Gulf Air's systems and customer service did not provide the necessary support.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution.
