Guardian Litigation Group review: I pay - they delay

I have been w/Guardian since 2/2024. The arrangement is misleading. Prior to this choice, all my accounts were in perfect standing.  However, as many of us do, I found myself w/high balances & interest charges claiming much of each payment. My impression was they would contact/settle the debts for me. For months, nothing was done. Until I received certified mail with legal proceedings that I have to scan and send to them. Finally, a settlement is negotiated. Now that years of interest and fees have accumulated. They have only made my financial & credit situation decline. I realize, of course, that I should have settled & closed the accounts on my own and none of this would be an issue. It is my burden to have terrible anxiety when dealing with creditors, hence why I thought this would be a good choice. Definitely, my mistake.
