RJP has been absolutly wonderfull in preparing our Trust. They have made each step seamless and have given both my husband and myself peace. From our initial appointment with ***, to our 2nd with the attorney, so easy! Today we made amendments with *** who was incredibly knowledgable and helpful! I recomend RJP to our family and friends!

RJP Estate Planning handled my parents trust with the upmost care. I have a blended family, and RJP was able to create a trust specific enough to fit my families needs. Any time my parents have questions or need to make changes, RJP is there, and they are friendly and helpful. It is so comforting to know that my parents are set up during these scary times and have someone they can always call! Love RJP and love how they helped my parents.

When we decided to use this company, we had several very specific questions regarding the transfer of property from out of state to the trust. We were assured RJP would be able to transfer the property. After meeting with the lawyer and finalizing the terms of the trust, we returned to review the trust and we were told the out of state properties could not be transferred by RJP. We were also given the "bum rush" to sell us annuities which we did not want. Very unhappy with the service.

Me and my hubby went to one of RJPs webinars not knowing much about trusts, but we knew it was important and we've been putting it off for way too long. After watching the webinar, we made up our minds to get our trust done and boy, are we glad we did! The folks at RJP really know their stuff and they made it easy for us to get what they were saying. When we left after getting our trust all sorted, we felt so much better knowing we weren't procrastinating on something so important. We're super happy with our choice to go with RJP and we totally recommend them!

I went to a seminar presentation in my community clubhouse. The presentation was good and the people seemed professional. I decided to make an appointment with their lawyer to create trusts for my estate. I paid a deposit of $300. They told us that the $300 would be refunded if we decided to cancel. I did cancel within 3 business days and asked *** to pass on my request for a refund to my salesperson. My salesperson *** hasn't called me back yet to talk about the refund. I'm really disappointed in how unprofessional this company seems. I don't trust their financial advice anymore.

When my grandfathr passed away in 2016, my grandmothr called me and said she was gonna do a Livin Trust. She picked RJP Estate Planning to help her do this. This is a great company that cares about ur needs and the needs of the family. It is now 2020 and I have had to call RJP Estate Planning many times in reference to the Livin Trust they did for my grandmothr. The latest call was due to a fire that burned down my grandmothr’s home. Susan has been so helpful and willin to return all of my calls/emails. I recommend them to anyone lookin for a professional and reliable Estate Planning team!

My mom has a difficult time with her health and RJP-Az LLC has kept calling even though I have asked them multiple times to not call our home. When I called them, a representative named "Marty" was very rude and would not stop accusing us of not answering the questions they were asking my mom. I asked Marty to stop talking so I could explain to them why it's not a good idea to call our home, and he/she hung up. My mom's telephone number is ***.

I paid RJP Estate Planning a fee to review financial information on estate planning. I think it was $250 at the end of 2019. They referred me to the attorney below. I paid the law firm of Peter James O'Connor a fee for a living trust in January . I think I paid $400 for this service. I canceled a follow-up appointment with RJP on 2/14. They wanted details of my financial info and driver's license number. A friend told me that this was a scam for them to take control of my retirement and investment accounts. I didn't reschedule because I thought it was a scam. The law office of Peter James O'Connor won't release the living trust documents unless I pay another $100 since I didn't follow up with RJP. This isn't right. I want a full refund from RJP and the attorney. The services they provided were misleading and potentially exploitative.
