Guardian Litigation Group review: Getting worried

When my husband and I started with Guardian we loved it, they were doing amazing. Within a few months they negotiated a $20,000 debt in half, then settled another one. They call once a month to check in which was nice. Now it has been months and there has been no progress on anything which has me concerned. I also started receiving a quick pay off texts 2-3 times a week, but when I call to ask them about it, they don't seem to be familiar with it. They are now even asking if I could pay more a month to help the settlements go faster. (I understand the process and see why they ask but I am already paying a lot)The one offer they have tried to present since was not good, so I turned it down, now I am being told it is going to court, and I'm just worried it will ruin our credit we have worked so hard on and that we may be garnished. Decided to check the reviews and see they have gone down from when I first started with them. We still have another 2 years of our contract left so I am hoping for progress.
