Guardian Litigation Group review: Getting worried

I am in the same boat! Except that I am only 6 months into this program. Also getting requests to pay off Guardian Legal sooner! I am so ashamed for being taken advantage of! Am considering finding some bank to help me out, but what is the sense since I'm on the low end of the credit line!

I have been enrolled in the guardian program for over 2 years, same thing, they settled first few fast, then I got a few offers that settlement was higher than what I even owed...they told me "best offer" they could obtain, it was on 2 smaller accounts, i agreed, no regret doing so. I did enroll 2 accounts, one being medical, later after starting the account, which extended the term of my account which I understood, however; now the medical account I enrolled the creditor is now willing to work with me directly to make monthly payments and unenroll the account from guardian. Now guardian is telling me even if I keep the same amount I pay each month one person told me it will EXTEND my account term 4 months, I asked for a supervisor that then told me it will EXTEND my account term 7 months, despite taking over $7,300 out of the program. They also have told me two of my accounts were not enrolled with them when when the creditors contacted them to settle, I have to spend countless hours and phone calls to just prove myself correct, the accounts were enrolled and then oh surprise it was past a "date" and legal couldn't help any longer but rest assured the accounts management teams still will work on the accounts, exact opposite of what I was told upon enrollment, I was told legal would always handle matter on my behalf. Also I paid a court filing fee on an account that never ended up in court was settled prior and it took months and many calls to get my money refunded to me and nobody seem to ever be able to tell me where the money was held up or why nor did I get interest on the money they held for months! I was also told that they couldn't transfer me to anyone who could answer my questions about any of this information someone had to call me back and yet nobody ever calls you back. This is a scam and they should be shut down, they grab people in desperate need of help and take full advantage of them and put them in even more of hardship positions!

I also am in that boat. They start out good, but they don't hold to their own timeline and then the time to settle gets short and the payments are driven up, and they start badgering for more money because the time is shorter and I do mean they badger about getting more money for payments. I just fired them and now I will deal with the creditors which is what I should have done in the first place.
