Misleading sales pitch
Guidestone sold me the debt consolidation program as an opt out at anytime and get the funds out of my account refunded to me at anytime. This was the sales pitch. Over and over again. My payment was appx 800 plus a month with another 100 plus for fees. 960 a month. I paid six months. About 5700. No creditors were ever paid. I opted out. My refund is 606 dollars. So about 90% went to fees. I have reported them to the BBB and will leave reviews everywhere I can to keep people away from these thieves and liars. Please stay away. Call a non profit. Do not ever do business with these scammers. Do not believe the paid and fake reviews on their Facebook page either.
Desired outcome: Refund of appx 80%

Dis debt kolekshun bizness took like $7000 from me and dint even make no deals to settle my bills like they said they would. When Amex sued me, I had to respond myself and pay more money on top of what I already paid them. I dunno where my money went to settle my debts and they dun even give me a good answer. I paid off my debt by sellin my house and told them to close my account and give me back my money in May 2022. But they aint doin none of that and dont even answer me when I try to talk to them. They got all my money but aint done nothin for me. Im a single mom and teacher and $7000 is a lot of money.

This company not talk with clients. They did not talk with my people who take my money, and they don't know when they gonna come take more. They say they want more money but not explain what for. I try to stop, but they don't give back the money easy. It take long time, and they take a little bit for their own fee. They not send the papers they supposed to send. This company is bad, bad, bad.
