Was told when I initially enrolled to a suit being filed that they would submit the documents to the courts for a postponement, nothing was ever filed so a default judgement was entered. fast forward 5 months later after their negotiator was supposedly working that creditor a garnishment was levied on me. due to the garnishment, double payments were taken. The double payments were sent back to guardian with no notice, no one notified anyone that they checks were they. Guardian has since lost one check and the other is now lost in the mail and because it was "handle" by the lawyer the creditor will not talk to me to reissue the checks. Over 1000.00 dollars just gone because of the incompetence. Trying to get in touch with anyone on the legal side is a joke and its always we are waiting for the opposing counsel that represented the creditor to respond back.

Same thing done to me, except I had 3 case managers and case fell through the cracks, they should be paying the settlement not me for their mishandling of the case, plus how do you allow a judgement in a case that the case was heard in the wrong venue and paperwork was served was issued in the wrong venue. Guardian went back to court they were have case dismissed for wrong service and wrong venue, judge said no, so instead of filing an appeal, they did nothing. They spoke to opposing counsel and agreed to have me pay on my own and get opposing counsel to agree to accept payments and release judgement. I keep hearing same story all the time or the lawyer can't get a hold of them or is out. I requested that my funds be returned and this was on 12/5/25, they said no problem, lost the check. Then was told that they can do the return via ACH debit, but would have to wait around 10-15 days, told them to expedite the matter, then said we can do in 3-5 business days, time went by no $ and keep getting same run around. Called gave them an ultimatum and said that if by 12 noon no $, I'm calling the bank and disputing all charges for breach of contract with them. Due to them, can't even apply to a decent job because opposing counsel could request a garnishment at any time and I will lose everything since I can not make my bills. Waste of time and money
