I was served garnishment papers saying that Jefferson Capitol Group LLC has sued me and now want to garnish my wages. I called JCG and they said they didn't have an account under my name. They gave me a number to another company to contact, TrakAmerica. I called them and they didn't have an account under my name as well then sent me to Mandarich Law Group. I want to know where this debt originated and why I was told in the garnishment that is was with JCG when they don't have any info. I feel like this is scam since no one can tell me about this debt.

A default judgment was entered against me in favor of Mandarich in December . I have never received a statement or bill of what I owe them and not only did I contact them prior to the suit, I have been trying to get them to respond for 6 months and have never received a reply. Interest is racking up on my account while they avoid contact and I have no idea what I owe at this point. I want to be contacted and told what I owe and how to pay this off and get a satisfaction so I can put this behind me.

Mandarich Law Group is attempting to sue me over debth that is not mine. They have not provided me with any informaiton on the debt in question, I have contacted them multiple times to get information. When I contact them, they say they are sending out information, but I do not recieve anything. This has been ongoing for 6+ months. When I contact them and leave messages I do not hear back from them, they claim they have tried to contact me, but do not leave any messages or information on my voice mail. I have tried to contact them via email to no avail.

This company just sent one of their people to my job to serve my manager with an Earning Withholding Order. There was no paperwork served to me prior to this, thus giving me no way to resolve this prior to wage garnishment. Additionally, the address that is on the wage garnishment paperwork is an address that I have not lived at in seven years! To whom was the paperwork served to? Because it definitely was not me. There is no account number on this notice, so I have no knowledge what account this is for, which is another issue. I would like the wage garnishment process stopped, as I believe this is unethical.

Served with papers. Phone rings/disconnects or goes to vm. Emails / faxes not responded to. I just want to pay the amount. Impossible to get response Was served with papers for acct we were unaware of. We have had identity theft and been dealing with this for 2 years due to stepson using our information. It's a small amount, we just want to pay it. Any atty that we tried to get to represent in course cost twice the amount of the debt so we want to pay it and close the case. I have emailed, faxed, left voicemails, had call disconnected as phone ring non-stop. This is unprofessional. I just want to pay the debt and be done with all of this.

These people put judgement against Me will not show me anything about charges that were made since I have told them my identity was stolen and will not allow me to dispute anything these scammers charged on my credit card I have no idea where or when these charges were made what country they were made from and supposedly there were payments made but not from my bank account can I at least get that information have threatened to murder me and my family in cold blood to break my legs and to take everything I own I made a police report in Boynton beach Florida where I live and threatened to track me by a private investigator please I just want to know what charges where and when and who did this to me I have a right to know

It recently was brought to my attention that a judgment had been issued against me from this law office as I was trying to obtain credit. I was denied credit as a result of this judgment. After calling the law group I discovered that ABC processing services who is contracted by the law group had stated I was served with this lawsuit. It was delivered to a mail center and I obviously am not waiting for a lawsuit at a mail center. After emailing the law office and numerous calls and promises that I would hear back from an attorney, I have yet to speak with anyone who is willing to resolve this issue: It appears to me that either the law group, the process server or both are commuting fraud by obtaining judgements against people who were never served.

I have been in a debt relief program to resolve my credit cards and settlements with my creditors with payment arrangements.I was served at my home by Mandarich law and when i called them to refer the debt to Freedom Debt relief since i have an lawyer representing me they noted on my credit report that i was disputing the debt since April this is not true.There is an agreement in cort to pay $135 monthly to Mandrich and i have made 9 payments.Now i need to refinance my home my atorny has called them and left several messages to remove the dispute reference from my credit and provide a letter stating there in no dispute. Mandarich has not replied or returned my lawyers calls in two weeks.It is crucial i recieve a letter from them to proceed with my refinance

In early 2021 I was served lawsuit paperwork file by Mandarich Law Group regarding an old credit card debt. I immediately called MLG and worked out a payment plan. The agreement was I would pay a total of $744.48 in $75 payments. As I'm nearing having the balance paid off I got a little behind, and 9 days after my most recent payment was due I received a call. During the course of this call I was informed that my balance was increased by $259 for legal fees. After 45 minutes on the phone across two representatives, I was informed that these were fees that I agreed to in the beginning and that said fees wouldn't have been reflected in the balances due on my payment receipts. This seems a little shady to me, and possibly illegal. At the very least, it is extremely unethical.

Upon looking at my consumer report I noticed a third party debt collector furnishing an unauthorized and unrecognizable account. To further investigate this derogatory remark currently endangering my reputation with other institutions I sent Cavalry this third party debt collector a validation of debt letter. In response I received a letter from Mandarich Law Group LLP claiming that they are acting as the attorney for Cavalry Portfolio and it was even signed by two people who apparently work there *** A *** and *** J *** To my understanding if they did in fact send this letter which it seems as if it was from this law firm. They will be in violation of 15 USC 1692e (3) as well as 15 USC 1692e (4) when they threatened to garnish my pay and take my home, car and other personal properties.

This is my 4th attempt (by mail, email, and phone call to ask for an accounting of our agreed-upon settlement amount, the amount paid, and the balanced owed. I received no response by (2) emails, (1) mailed letter, so I called and spoke to an associate. He could not tell me the settlement amount, he said I don't have that information. I asked how can I be paying on my account if you don't have that info. He read that I owed the original amount, plus occurring fees! Not the agreed settlement amount The settlement amount was supposed to be an all-inclusive, single lesser agreed-upon amount. He then asked me if I wanted to stop my payments. I said only if I have paid off the agreed settlement amount. He was silent. I asked for a copy of my agreement mailed and also one to be emailed to me. He said I would have to email them to get a response. I told him I had already done so and have not received a reply, so I might need to get an attorney or someone involved.

I've received a letter from the MANDARICH LAW GROUP, LLP that they have purchased a debt that has my name and that i owe them $960.18 This debt has been purchased by many debt collectors therefore I do not know who is the real collector of this debt. I want proof that i owe this debt to this Law Group and I also want them after submitting proof to accept a settlement amount for $150.00 I'm currently working part time and can't afford to pay $960.18 that they are claiming i owed them. I also have other debts and obligations and my salary doesn't allow me to pay for everything at once. I'm a single parent the pandemic left me with no job and almost homeless. All debt collectors are suing me for payment so since i know they purchase these debts for pennies of the dollar I'm asking for proofs of the original debt collector and I also want them to accept $150 settlement for the debt after they proof that the money is owe to them. I've never received no phone calls from this Law firm.

I am filing this complaint against *** Law Group because they have filed a frivolous & fraudulent lawsuit against me AFTER I have paid off my debt. I received notice of a debt for an old account I was not aware of 5/24. I immediately called to get this resolved and was met with a very rude & unprofessional representative. I was disrespected and threatened but wanting to do the right thing paid of the debt in full by Check on that day. I then received a "notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice" in the mail postmarked 6/10, however, weeks later a Civil Case was filed by *** on 6/30 without notice to me as if the debt was still valid. I was served papers on 7/15 and when I searched court records the dismissal was not filed with the suit as if they were trying to fraudulently collect the debt twice and destroy my credit. We called on 7/16 and spoke with *** who had no answers but said an attorney would call me back within 24 hours. I have still not heard anything back.

During the past weekend, I recalled talking with a *** representative and indicated my situation. I requested a forbearing or extension. The representative responded that I could not receive any of them because of the type of loan that I had. Once I was able to start making payments to the ***, I did so. No one told me that I was not to make payment(s) to ***. 1. I called the *** about the loan. The *** representative indicated they sold the loan to *** for $***. 2. I called*** indicated that I did not owe any money. I should not pay anyone. 3. I called***. They told me to call you. 4. You indicated that the loan is $***. 5. I noticed that I sent an email to *** on September 17at 11:25 A.M. with an attachment showing that I have been paying *** since June 1. I never receive any reply on that matter. 6. I also noticed that I paid *** from June 1, to March 2022 the amount of $

Mandarich law *** representing *** sue me on November 22,2021 I know because I start receiving flyer from attorneys saying that I have been sue by them, at that point I have no idea who they were because I was never notified on any way before, I responded to the law suit saying that I do not know them and I was never notified of any debts 57 days later they send someone to my house and handed the paper work the is when I realized that it was an account that I use to have with *** and they buy it. According to my knowledge because I cannot afford a lawyer I was waiting for a court date and face them to negotiate I also send emails and a letter requesting an affordable payment plan but they never respond, My blood sugar and pressure are so high I even get into a car accident because this matter is stressing me out on February 1st, yesterday I was checking the the court website for date to go to court and I find out that they get a default Judgment against me I willing to make monthly payments and avoid bankruptcy I have a dream to buy a house in the future and this will not help at all Please help.

Set up payment agreement. Was received summons. Never received written agreement that was promised. On 8/12 received letter from Mandrich Law asking for me to contact them regarding a debt of *** Before pursuing legal action. I contacted them 8/17 and set up a down payment *** to be paid 8/28 with reaacurring payments of *** monthly for two years. I was expecting a formal written agreement to be mailed to me. On August 28th the initial *** payment was paid. I never received the written agreement. On 8/20 I received a court summons that gave me 20 days to respond. I contacted *** Law on 8/21. I was told that it was their error that the agreement that I was supposed to sign was supposed to be sent in August. I was told that I should receive it within 7 to 10 business days. Meanwhile another *** monthly payment was paid on September 25th. I called *** Law on 10/2 stating that I still hadn't received the agreement to sign. I was told "they couldn't look an anything up because their system was down". I was told that it would be forwarded to a supervisor and I would receive a call back which never happened. I looked up online and the court case is still active they haven't dismissed it.

I apparently was served paper work at my old address months back , MLG didn't bother to call me and let me know about a wage garnishment So I called when I received a wage garnishment EMAIL at my job ! They stated it was an over ***amount for an $800 debt that was owed they started taking the garnishment that same week out of my pay check ,my agent is *** . They only give a 5% discount off the debt which is ridiculous I ended up having to pay half the amount of $*** and they said it takes ten days after that half payment was made to stop the wage garnishment. It's been over a month and they continue to take the wages out of my direct deposit I call weekly to see if they sent an email to Adp and he said they did back on 10/11 I called the following day and nothing was done I called again on & same thing nothing was stopped . I called 11/8 to see if they ever sent the stop form to my HR ADP & they said they did ! I called 11/9 *** told me they sent another form out to stop garnishments, I called again 11/10 only to be told they actually never sent any stop forms ! I spoke to *** there at MLG just to be told that the never did send any form and they did FINALLY send one on 11/8 when I called so someone there is lying to me. This business is ridiculous and have liars working there. I can't afford to have over 200$ out of my check plus pay then that half down I paid in October. This company is just out to get more money out of Ppl when they could get a lower payment amount when the original debt was $800.
