Growth Cave Lucas Lee Tyson is a Scam Artist But…

Lucas Lee Tyson is one of the most prolific and youngest scammers in the industry today. He has scammed small business owners for more than $62M according to his LinkedIn Profile (well, he boosts about that much in sales but they anre illegitimate sales) and trapped them in funding situations with predatory interest rates. He’s also selling you white labeled courses he bought from another company. Only thing he did was put his logo and face on everything. He also targets you by telling you that he can help with your niche marketing need, buts it’s just access to his crappy online community of white label courses. You can get the same info if not better off Google, YouTube or ChatGPT. Look up his company on the California SOS entity search “Growth Cave LLC.” You’ll want to send any official communications via certified mail to the California address. He had company addresses in Delaware and Georgia, but they are not in good standing. He will tell you to send anything to the Delaware location. Send it to the Cali address. He does have a refund guarantee, but he chooses when he wants to issue it. Stand up, and take your power back from this very unethical and shady individual.

Recommendation: Lucas Lee Tyson Scam Artist

Growth Cave Accelerator course

I purchased the program for $9,800 back on 10//23. They had me pay through a 3rd party company called Elective. In the on boarding call they stated that I easily make $10,00 in the first month. And that they would help me through the whole process until I made $10,000 in profit. Which would be pay back loan for course and on top of that make the $10,000 profit.

They have gone AWOL and not responding after I uploaded my entire course to a program the Lucas owns called Growthbox.ai. I can't get into the program for the last few months and no one responds to me at all.

I am seeking a full refund for the course as there is no one to support attaining the goals that were promised.

It is a fraud for Growth Cave not to support their customers and satisfy all the obligations as promised. Ask The Charge, whether Elective or any other payment provider, to void the transaction, because of their guarantees that weren’t acted upon and lack of response respectively. One final possibility, tell Growth Cave that you have decided to apply for means of repayment and if needed, legal means to do this.

If they continue to ignore you, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and your state’s consumer protection bureau for fraud. You may consider finding a lawyer to help you with other ways of getting your money back. Do not allow them to get away with such acts.

Growth Cave Lucas Lee Tyson Growth Cave

I signed up to this so called business last year. I started watching all their training videos and talked to the coach. But only for a few times then it stopped and I tried to email them but no response. Now my problem is, I am stuck with a $12,000 debt because of this. Didn’t get a single penny of what they promised. I didn’t even know that there is a law suit for Lucas and Growth Cave until I message my so called coach once more and it a miracle that he responded. Then he told me that there’s no more Growth Cave because of a law suit. So now, this company robs me for $12 grand.

Claimed loss: $12,000

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a respond. If not, just pay the amount so I can pay my debtor. Please and thank you!

Growth Cave Knowledge business accelerator

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Growth Cave, specifically highlighting their false advertising, deceptive business practices, and systematic strategy to avoid accountability.

False Advertising of an Automated Program: Growth Cave's advertising heavily promoted a program that was purportedly largely automated and required minimal effort from participants. The cornerstone of their advertising was the assertion that a simple YouTube ad, when placed in front of the right audience, would drive substantial sales to an online course. This gross misrepresentation was the primary factor in my decision to enroll and invest $9,800 USD.

Concealment of True Program Requirements: Post-enrollment, Growth Cave deliberately withheld crucial information about the program until the onboarding call was completed. This tactic effectively concealed the true nature of the program, which involved extensive manual effort, including personal messaging, lead generation, and cold calling. The content revealed post-onboarding was starkly different from the advertised automated solution, indicating a clear strategy to mislead and entrap customers.

Manipulative Onboarding and Refund Policy: The timing of the onboarding call appears strategically planned to ensure that customers are unable to request a refund by the time the true nature of the program is revealed. This practice is manipulative and designed to lock customers into a program that is vastly different from what was advertised.

Evasion of Responsibility and Censorship: Growth Cave systematically removes any negative feedback or complaints from their forums and fails to address customer concerns effectively. This pattern of behavior demonstrates a calculated approach to avoid responsibility for their misleading practices and lack of service delivery.

Impact and Demand for Action: As a result of these deceptive practices, I have experienced significant financial loss, stress, and disappointment. Growth Cave's program, contrary to their promises, requires substantial manual effort and fails to deliver the automated, revenue-generating solution advertised.

Call for Regulatory Investigation: The practices of Growth Cave raise serious concerns regarding consumer protection and potentially violate various laws. It is crucial for regulatory bodies, including the Federal Trade Commission, to investigate Growth Cave's advertising and business practices and to hold them accountable for their misleading and deceptive conduct.

In light of the serious nature of these issues, I urge immediate and thorough investigation into Growth Cave's practices. Their approach to business is not only unethical but likely illegal, and it is essential that they be held responsible for the harm caused to myself and potentially many others.

Claimed loss: I am now $9800 in debt for a program that does not deliver what they say.

Desired outcome: Refund and dismissal of the contract

I purchased the program for $9,800 back on 9/16/23. They had me pay through a 3rd party company called Ellective since I did not have that kind of money. In the on boarding call they stated that I easily make that back in a month. And that they would help me through the whole process until I made $10,000 in profit. Which would be pay back loan for course and on top of that make the $10,000 profit. I told them, are you sure I can make that kind of money in a month because the payment coming out of my account was going to be $600 plus dollars. They told me as long as I went through the modules in the course and stayed on top of everything, they did not see why I wouldn't.

Let's take a step back to the ad on YouTube I saw. I understood from the Youtube ad that there was an AI program that would help create the course. Then they had a program or algorithm that would help put your course in front of the right people on Youtube that would be interested in your niche. Well come to find out you are required to do what they call beta testing. What this is, you find Facebook groups to follow then you message or talk to people in that group about taking a survey. They take a survey about your future courses that you will be selling. They do not help you create a course at all. They said I am welcome to use any AI program I want to create the course. They do have an AI program, but it cost extra money. $149 a month. And you have to create the survey through that AI program called Growthbox or something like that. When I was at the point of looking into Growthbox the whole website to use it was down. I asked them what I should do they said I could use Jotform. But as I'm watching the next modules, I see that you need Growthbox again. So, after charging me $9,800 for the course they require you to use the Growthbox AI that has an additional monthly cost. So, I reached out to them again and said I don't feel I should have to pay an extra cost for an AI program after paying so much for a course. They never responded to that comment.

At my on board call I was supposed to be meet on zoom with my coach Isaiah, I was trying and trying to get on thinking it was me having trouble but come to find out Isaiah was 20 minutes late to a 30-minute call. I thought we were going to discuss how he was going to help me create this program and what were the next steps to take, but the whole time Isaiah kept looking off in the distance. I told him I was not happy with what I was hearing that needed to be done for me to get something going. I told him I thought there was a program or a group of people that was going to help create this program for me to sale. He said he did not know anything about an AI program and that pretty much had to do it on my own. This whole time we are talking he is moving around and can't really sit still. I really thought he might be on something. He then said he had to go because he had another call. I was with him a whole 10 minutes maybe. I reached out to Growthcave telling them about this experience. I have been communicating with Robert from Growth Cave. I requested a refund and to stop drafting out of my account. He said that they could not refund my money because I had already had the on boarding call and that after that there was no refund. I told him again to go watch the recording of the on boarding call and they will see the tardiness of Isaiah and the unprofessionalism of him as well. He asked what call I was talking about and that he was sorry if Isaiah got on with me a couple minutes late. I told him have you watched the video? It was more than a couple minutes. I requested to be able to speak with Lucas directly, but never got a response. There is more but too much to put into writing.

Claimed loss: Loss of precious time and lots of money $2,450 on 9/15/23 and $668.19 on 10/15/23. Another payment is scheduled to come out on 11/15/23.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the course due to it not being what they said it would be, and because when I needed to move forward with creating the survey with Growthbox, it was down.

Growth Cave Growth cave / growth box ai

The KBA program, offered by GrowthCave, is a scam that doesn’t deliver what it’s guaranteed.

It has– by far– the worst service delivery I have ever experienced in the world of online technology.

I committed over $9,800US, with an additional $3800 that was taken off of my credit card without warning or notice. I was counting on this program to further encourage and create a transformational journey, but from the moment Growth Cave charged my account, unfortunately I've experienced nothing but frustration, lack of communication, disappointment and misleading promises. Growth Cave have essentially breached their contract in more ways than one and refuse to communicate on any matter.

My messages and messaging within their system constantly disappear. My coach was fired on the spot without warning. And any time I had a call with their tech team - all it did was uncover further issues with their system and more delays of wasting significant time, and money.

They also promised / guaranteed that I'd make my $10K revenue back within "one month" of activating my course, but between losing my coach, their system and platform constantly changing, tech issues galore, no platform improvements and actual blame towards me for their platform not working, I've actually wasted significant capital, and still not been able to launch.

The betrayal cut deeper when I discovered the content I paid for was held hostage until I navigated through the 'beta sales' maze, which is this convoluted, never ending hole of irrelevant, out dated content, guidance and material that didn't even match the details of the platform.

The notion of looking for prospects in Facebook groups - a tactic notorious to anyone with seasoned marketing experience for being a one-way ticket to account restriction - was never part of the deal.

When I did voice my concerns to the Growth Cave team, I was ignored. This is far below the standard one would expect from a program that asked for $9,800 USD of my hard-earned money and countless hours of my time.

They have yet to produce the results that were guaranteed to me within a reasonable timeframe (or at all) in accordance with industry standards, and are failing to perform the work that I paid for.

I paid for a service, I signed an agreement, and I was betrayed by the Growth Cave team. DO NOT ENGAGE. Do not pursue.

Desired outcome: A return of monies spent and essentially owed.

Growth Cave Knowledge business accelerator

The KBA program, offered by GrowthCave, is a scam that doesn’t deliver what it’s guaranteed.

It has– by far– the worst service delivery I have experienced from any coaching program that I have purchased or participated in.

I committed a staggering $9,800 USD to this program hoping for a transformational journey, but from the moment Growth Cave charged my account and took my money, I have experienced nothing but disappointment and broken promises.

What has happened in the time since could only be described as an abject failure by the Growth Cave team to fulfill upon the results, services, and content listed in our signed Agreement.

I haven’t received my done-for-you ads system, my automated client acquisition system, and my scale-ready offer?

And recently, my direct access to my coach (who was already barely replying to my messages) disappeared as the company switched to a chat system that requires students to go through a chat bot. And I never received any messages from my coach from this flawed and faulty system.

I invested $9800 USD (roughly $13,000 CAD), and 3 months into the course I haven’t received my $10K revenue and not one thing that I was promised.

I paid Growth Cave for these results and contents, along with expert one-on-one guidance from my coach.

And yet, for the last several days, I have been unable to contact my coach. When I have been able to speak with a coach, I have gotten little value.

The betrayal cut deeper when I discovered the content I paid for was held hostage until I navigated through the 'beta sales' maze.

I, along with many others, have been marooned in this 'beta sales' limbo for months.

The notion of looking for prospects in Facebook groups - a tactic notorious to anyone with seasoned marketing experience for being a one-way ticket to account restriction - was never part of the deal.

Yet I’m on my own, while the 'done-for-you' ads system and the rest of the revenue-generating content that I was promised remains off-limits to me.

When I did eventually voice my concerns to the Growth Cave team, I was ignored. This is far below the standard one would expect from a program that asked for $9,800 USD of my hard-earned money and countless hours of my time.

My (now multiple) attempts to seek remedy with Jordan, Lucas, and Mason, were met with silence.

They have yet to produce the results that were guaranteed to me within a reasonable timeframe (or at all) in accordance with industry standards, and are failing to perform the work that I paid for.

I paid for a service, I signed an agreement, and I was betrayed by the Growth Cave team.

Desired outcome: A full refund and cancellation of my contract and GrowthBox.ai subscription

Growth Cave Knowledge base accelerator

I wish I had come across this page before I purchased the Growth Cave product. All the complaints are legitimate, and I have been experiencing most of them, which I deeply resonate with.

Growth Cave promised $10,000 in revenue, and this is why I purchased this program (I paid $6,000), but they do not provide the support needed to reach that goal. I've had to repeatedly explain my questions every time they transfer me to a different coach. And most of the time, after explaining my problem several times, there is no answer. I also get tired of asking the same question over and over in different ways.

When I initially bought this program, there was no explanation of the right type of courses that can benefit from the Growth Cave method. They offer very high-priced courses with an intensive sales process, which unfortunately hasn't worked for my niche. My program is an online fitness program, and competitors offer much more reasonably priced courses. Even when I asked potential customers to have a call with me, which is the Growth Cave way to sell your service. It scared them away. That's why Growth Cave way has not worked at all for me. And I told them this fact, now they are not supporting me because I'm not following their process... I expect them to iterate with my needs, bring their expertise to help me.

Recently, I also got laid off from my full-time job, and I am a single mother in dire need of financial support to survive and get back on my feet. I requested a refund because I am not receiving the step-by-step support I was promised. The representative responded with a refusal to grant a refund, claiming they are fully committed to supporting me. However, the reality is quite different. My questions are consistently ignored or passed on to other coaches, forcing me to reiterate my concerns repeatedly. And most of the time there is no resolution. This level of service is extremely poor, and the program content is readily available online for free. It offers only basic, zero-to-one product development guidance.

I acknowledge that Lucas is an adept marketer and salesperson, which is why I initially fell for this program. However, product design and development are not his strong suits. Ultimately, the service falls short of what was promised during the marketing and sales pitch. In software companies like the one I work in, there are various departments, including sales, marketing, product management, design, engineering, and others such as legal. Each department serves a distinct purpose, and Lucas lacks the knowledge needed for effective product management, development, scaling, or enabling additional features and services, which are the responsibilities owned by product organization, not sales and marketing.

This lack of understanding leaves customers feeling frustrated and trapped, exacerbated by the strict no-refund policy. I would go so far as to say that this service is a scam due to its significant shortcomings in taking responsibility for its customers' needs.

Message to people: I highly suggest you don't sign up for this program and make the same mistake I made. This course is EXPENSIVE and they do not provide what they promise to you. I made my own researches along the way going through the process because I can't find answers from the coaches at Growth Cave. I can direct you to alternative way to learn the same thing and probably even better.

Additionally, if you are getting pitched to sign up for Growthbox, which is a marketing software that they try to sell you with very high price. Do NOT sign up for it and pay, because it's very poor user experience product. I am in tech / software industry and this software is not something you want to buy for the price they are asking! Another mistake I made...there are tons of legit software for the same purpose.

Message to Lucas: Hi Lucas, if you truly want to develop a great product and service, I am happy to coach you with the same amount of fee you charged me for Growth Cave and Growthbox.ai software. As a marketer and sales, your experience has probably been assessed by the number of sales, however that's not the only the way to succeed as a company. If you are a founder, you need to really think for customers and take care of your customers, and add different measurement to your company's success, like customer satisfaction in addition to the number of sales. I'm happy to help you what measurement can help you to the right direction if you want my knowledge.

Desired outcome: Refund with no string attached or refund with my consulting service I'm happy to offer using my expert knowledge in product and design

I am having a very difficult time connecting with people on fb and YouTube because my posts and comments keep getting (suspiciously) reported. Myself and over 20 other KBA clients are organizing to demand refunds and take legal action. If you have bought their course and they have failed/refused to deliver results or services, PLEASE contact me to organize with us.

Growth Cave GrowthCave KBA

KBA - Most of the 5 star reviews of GrowthCave are done within days of signing up for the program, so the 5 star ratings are not accurate. It is a step in GrowthCave’s process to ask for early reviews. What other company does that? Look at the comments. There are people who have been successful with the KBA program, but not nearly as many as represented through the reviews.

Full payment upfront, or over one or 2 payments. Not enough time to know if you will be successful or not.

Their “success guarantee” gives GrowthCave no incentive to actually help you to be successful.

I signed up in early June 2023. I followed all of the lessons and did everything my coach(es) told me, when I could get in touch with a coach, and my coaches changed multiple times. I also had 2 meetings scheduled with a coach and they never showed up because the coach quit. I launched on August 28th after being approved at each step throughout the entire process. After 5 weeks I have made no money, just spent additional money on Google Ads. When I inquired about help, after my coach quit, I was told that I need to go back and do Beta Sales (which I was clearly told was optional when I went through that module) or I needed to sign an agreement that they could not guarantee sales. This is a clear bait and switch, and was NOT the program I paid for.

I am not the only one who has said that it is nearly impossible to get help from coaches, and the coaches change all the time. There is no consistency in method or approach. When you post a message for the group on the internal message board, and they don’t like it for some reason (usually a criticism of the program) they delete the whole message.

There is very little online footprint for the company or the owner Lucas. That is very suspicious. They don’t want publicity on how they care for their paying customers and how if you happen to have success - great! And if you don’t - somehow it was the customer’s fault and oh well. If I knew then what I know now, I would have saved my money and put it towards a coaching program that would have helped me and cost far less that would have set me up for long term success. Awful customer service, awful communication and they get fully paid. Overall a waste of money and time.

Desired outcome: Full Refund

Growth Cave GrowthCave and Growthbox.ai

I signed up for this costly program a couple of months ago, which promised easy setup with coaching along the way. For the 10K that I dished out, I expected it to be relatively easy (I'm a website designer and builder) with much support. I fully expected to be done and launched by now. I have been frustrated throughout the whole process. I was assigned a great coach to help me through it, but the response time is sometimes hours, and I haven't been available most of the time. When I block out a few hours in a day to work on it, I spend a great deal of it waiting for help and often have to move on to something else on my plate. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Growth Cave Module training

This is a total fraud. By them trying not to allow a cancellation policy for a program that definitely isn't the same thing he tells and sells in all his marketing videos is seriously wrong. I think anyone getting dealt with the way Lucas wants to deal with people, which is online robbery, should involve the FTC and some other government agencies. This is a totally misrepresented marketing campaign. The ads all sounded good. I was pressured to sign up because they said within 30 days I would sell a minimum of $10,000 if I followed their policy.

The big problem is there is no course. Their whole campaign talked about them helping you have an entire program put together and you get to choose from a lot of modules they created and use that you then tweak to your angle. I was told they help with all of it. That wasn't the case. They tell you to go through a module with no course to sell. To do a course requires massive amount of work on your own with no help. That then makes everything he said totally deceptive. We have nothing. He said in his videos that you would only need to work 5 hours a week. He said a 10-year-old became a millionaire. This is one lie after the other. It would be one thing to have this program and if it wasn't what someone expected like me, then they should gracefully cancel it and issue a refund. Instead, he wants to brag about how wealthy he has become and somehow a refund like this which amounts to a bag of beans for him with what he is making is the line in the sand he wants to draw.

They have zero customer service. No phone number to call. If you write anyone in the message forum or email them it takes days to get answers. I hope and pray that somebody in their organization wakes up. They can't get away with this if they want to mislead and rob customers and think that's ok. All the money in the world won't be good if you go to jail for breaking the law. Unless I see a full refund ASAP then I believe his entire program needs an FBI investigation. Look up all the info online about this. It violates a lot of federal laws running a scam like this.

Desired outcome: Total cancelation and refund ASAP to me and any other customers they want to steal from.

Growth Cave Knowledge based

I signed up with this company for side internet business to supplement income, unfortunately once I signed up all the promises of working with a coach did not happen, I started calling to reach out to someone for help, a coach did a zoom call once and disappeared. That was in July 2023, I sent emails, no response, I tried to join their Facebook page to see if I can learn from others and train myself, no response. They advertised a 30 day money back guarantee, when I knew that I wasn’t gonna get anywhere I asked to cancel the subscription and return the initial money paid and they did, however he refused to cancel the loan of $9800, $2300 was supposed to be paid as a down payment, just 2 days ago, they took $2300 from my account and I’ve been writing them to return my money plus the 2 months pay ($356.12/month) on the loan. Please I will like help in retrieving my money. I will want to get my money back and the loan canceled.

Thank you

Desired outcome: Get my money refunded, below is his response that the subscription has been cancelled.Hey ,Your subscription has been canceled. Best of luck in the future. - Lucas

Growth Cave Growth cave - knowledge business accelerator program

The program's initial promises and subsequent changes have left me feeling unsatisfied. Initially, it was conveyed that we would receive comprehensive support for running YouTube ads, with a promising example involving Taylor Swift. However, within a week, the entire roadmap shifted, requiring me to independently locate Facebook groups and establish a niche. The instructions for proceeding have been consistently unclear, leading to frequent alterations in direction.

Furthermore, my coach's lack of experience has been detrimental to my progress. Despite being assured of a call with an expert to guide me in product development, this did not materialize. My coach appeared inexperienced, often hesitating and failing to provide satisfactory responses to my inquiries. This lack of confidence in their guidance has left me uncertain about the program's value. In light of these concerns, I withdrawing from the program and request that the company initiate a cancellation request with the Credit Union. I obtained a $10,000 loan with the intention of financing my enrollment in the Knowledge Business Accelerator Program, and I was given assurances that a full refund would be available in the event of program dissatisfaction. However, I have recently been informed that the refund option is no longer being honored. It is my belief that this organization engages in deceptive practices, targeting individuals in vulnerable financial situations who are striving to make ends meet.

Desired outcome: I request the cancellation of the loan with Credit Union/LandingPoint.I will take legal action and involve law enforcement as well as the media to address what I perceive as fraudulent activities.

Growth Cave Growth Cave and Lucas Lee Tyson did not fulfill contract or 30 day money back guarantee

It is true! Growth Cave did not fulfill their end of the contract. Lucas Lee Tyson took $9800 from our family of 4 and did not honor his 30 day money back guarantee. Our coach, Evan Bladh quit and gave us no help. For two weeks we asked for a new coach and no one reached out to us. We asked for our money back and they said their contract was to keep our money. We then receive a message from Jordan Marksberry and he referred us to their lawyer who we will be contact.

Desired outcome: We want them to release our funds for the loan of $9800.

I’m in agreement. I have not received any contact from Jordan. The coaches are not coaching, they brush you aside if you can get one. Calls are always being canceled or there is some type of glitch.

Growth Cave They’re misrepresented course with a deceptive, moneyback guarantee

TOTAL SCAM The internet is saturated with SEO positive feedback, but I purchased their misrepresented program in March and I was told so many lies that were included in this course yet I quickly realize it’s a heavy duty courseload that they expect you spend every waking hour with their pointless assignments. So many assignments, yet I still spent most of my time seeking outside resources to better explain what they were trying to say. Then it dawned on me I could’ve just done this alone. Why spend the 6800? he only reason I felt comfortable spending $6800 was because of their money-back guarantee in 30 days plus your so-called investment. So after two weeks of not having access to 80% of the modules, yet they required another $150(?) for an additional platform additional program as well. They encourage people to pay such large fee for coaching ideas like guitar coaching, and teaching coaching but will never see that investment back because there’s no demand for that. This meat head Ozie intimidates others by saying self-doubt imposter syndrome and it must quickly get it out of your head. However, it’s just reality sinking in and they don’t want you to live in reality. I found it cultish I got kicked off immediately for voicing concerns publicly on the platform and then told I couldn’t have a refund after two weeks. I believe they perfected bank disputes because they knew exactly what to submit and how to navigate it but I’m not done because this is not the definition of a Legal sale, so I am going to expose them until they want to give me my money back. Otherwise, I’ll have fun doing it. wow I was right about their SCO manipulation because they found this within hours so obviously they’re actively on the web and I don’t see 88% of positive feedback being legitimate and if we have to go to court and you have to prove that they are or else you’ll have to pay your fines for practicing unethical business practices. It’s not sustainable to have a scam long-term. You should just be ethical, but some people are psychopaths.

Desired outcome: My money back

Growth Cave Digital freedom mastermind

This company uses deceptive advertising to entice customers to purchase their services. I purchased a $40k program on 02.15.23 and it was advertised that the company would do everything for you to setup an online course. They advertise it as “done for you” and that you get one-on-one access to Lucas Lee-Tyson at all times. All I received for the $40k I paid them was three 30-45min zoom calls and google slides. When I voiced my concerns and demanded a full refund, I was directed to their Attorney out of Michigan. I hired an Attorney to review the contract that they had me sign and he advised that the contract did not have legal capacity at the time it was signed since they placed Massachusetts as the provisional venue but they dissolved their company entity from Massachusetts in 2022 + their advertising is falsely misrepresenting the public. This guy has made millions off of false advertising and then having people sign contracts that contradict what was advertised and verbally conveyed. They are an unethical business that needs reprimanded. They are advertising to the public all over the United States and the federal government needs to intervene and stop this company. They have a system in place to get people to pay, sign a contract that is not explained, especially the provisional venue mentioned within it, and they are taking thousands of dollars from everyday citizens every day! I lost a total of $46800 and I am one person out of many. The Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection Agency needs to investigate this company on several levels. I have nothing to show for the money I gave this company and they absolutely refuse to refund me what I paid them. They are committing fraud and getting away with it.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Joining the conversation here. Is there any update on this? If I can't get out of this contract, I will honestly probably have to file for bankruptcy

I am trying to find an Attorney to take this case as there are so many victims from this deceptive company and owner. They use their contracts to justify the purchase of services but the services advertised are not what is received and there are several who have experienced the same as myself. The FBI needs to investigate this company as they are defrauding the American public and using lenders to finance their services and commit fraud. There are so many complaints against this company for the same wrong doing and someone needs to help us consumers fight against this company for their wrong doings and deception.

I am in with you! . I completely understand your frustration, and it's disheartening to feel undervalued in this program. I'm in a similar situation – it's been a little over a month for me, and my coach disappeared after just two weeks. Their replacement isn't any better, and it's clear they aren't the top-tier professionals promised. It certainly feels like a scam!

I spent the entire day attempting to get in touch with someone, but it seems impossible to find support. Meanwhile, they're raking in thousands of dollars daily without providing the services they promised. It's infuriating that they seem to be accepting money without any vetting or accountability.

I agree, it might be time for us to come together and take action against this situation. I've had enough as well.

I spent all day collecting evidence, I sent our half of dozen individual posts and got 2 answers.. they are not happy!

Let's discuss further and explore our options.

WE MUST UNITE!

Hi there, i sent out a post /message to half of the dozen of the full of energy newcomers on the "introductions" I found an attorney: Mr. Jared Bingham. Lets see what he says..

Hello fellow member,

Are you, like me, someone who has invested a significant amount of money in this program? I'm curious about how your journey has been so far. Did you initially believe that these coaches, with their impressive credentials, were going to lead you to the path of success and golden glory?

How’s it going, so far?

I have been doing research on him and I guess certain Agencies and Consumer Protection Commissions can be led aware what can be done. Let me see with certain time let see how many people can we get together to respond and really pressure this young dumb kid that doesn’t think this is going to catch up. He will soon go into hiding and his face won’t be on YouTube ads no more . This is the start because there are A Lot of people hat have been scammed into his with false promises and a mediocre course.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I sent an email to Lucas requesting a refund. I've spent over $9,000. No done for you and no $10k guarantee as told by the coach who was so quick to set up a loan from his computer! Lucas replied to my email saying a refund is not possible. This is not okay!

I have tried! I have paid out money to Attorney’s to just be told “sorry about your bad luck”. Tried class action suit and then received a termination letter from the Attorney stating they would not pursue. The problem is finding an Attorney who will pursue.
