Essential Elements

I got some fitness pills from Essential Elements Nutrition online on November 29. I got a 3 month supply of the product. I didn't sign up for the automatic renewal as it was offered and I said no. On Saturday, March 5, 2022, I got a box in the mail from Essential Elements with another three bottles of their product, but I didn't ask for this. I sent them an email telling them I didn't order the product and I didn't sign up for a renewing subscription. I told them to take me off of their list if I was on it. On Sunday, March 6, 2022, I got an email saying I could return the product, which I did, but there was a rule in returns that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I never signed up for the renewal delivery of the product, so I shouldn't be charged for this restocking fee. I sent them an email telling them this and I haven't heard back. I want a FULL refund from what they charged me and they need to make it clear that I didn't sign up for a renewal subscription.
