I just wanted to share my experience with Bro4U. I recently booked their refrigerator repair service and unfortunately, it did not go well. The technician who came to my house, Upendra Pollampally, seemed to be inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about refrigerators. He told me that the sensor was not working and went to purchase a new one. However, when he came back and installed it, he realized that the fan motor was not working either.

To fix the fan motor, he completely opened up my refrigerator and spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong. After a few hours, he finally fixed the fan motor and left. However, the next morning, I realized that my refrigerator was still not working properly. I tried calling Upendra, but he did not pick up my calls. I waited for a few hours and finally, he called me back and said that he would come to fix it later in the day.

Unfortunately, it's now afternoon and he still hasn't shown up. I paid him Rs. 2000 for the service, but I have no idea whether he will come back to fix my refrigerator or not. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bro4U and would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience with Bro4U (bro4u.com). I placed an order for their services on June 30th and scheduled it for July 5th. However, I didn't receive the vendor details until July 2nd. When I called the vendor, they told me that I would receive the services on July 5th and to wait for a call back on that day.

After waiting for an hour, I received a call from Bro4U (which is a horrible site, by the way) asking me to make the payment as it was on COD. I thought that I would receive the services anyway, so I paid. However, on July 5th, I waited until 6 PM for them to call me but they didn't. When I called them, they told me that they were not providing services in my location and that they would provide me with a refund.

Now, my money is stuck with them and they say that the refund will take 14 working days (approximately 20 days). I don't have any money left to get the service anywhere else. I would rate them -10 out of 5. This site is pathetic.

When I asked for a quote, they told me the minimum would be 100 bucks and the rest of the quote would be given by the electrician when he called. But when the electrician did call, he said he had to come and check before giving me a quote. I mean, what's the point of asking for a quote if they're gonna come and see and then give a quote anyway?

So the electrician came and told me that there was no problem with the wiring and only the regulator needed to be changed. I paid 280 bucks for a local brand regulator, but the electrician charged me 350 bucks just to change it. Is that even fair?

And why don't they just tell customers that the minimum charges are 350 bucks? They charge 100 bucks for visiting charges and then another 250 bucks for the electrician's work. It doesn't make sense to me.

To add to my frustration, I received a message from bro4u to use a coupon code LS100 to get 100 bucks in my bro4u wallet if I downloaded the app. So I did download the app, but I didn't get any money in my wallet. I've been trying to call their customer care since 8:00 pm to clear this up, but it keeps telling me that everyone is busy and I'll receive a callback. But I haven't received any callback yet.

I haven't made the payment yet because I want bro4u to clear up this doubt about the coupon. I'm really disappointed with their services and their charges are way higher than any other service providers in the market. I should have gone with housejoy instead, they were charging me 200 bucks less than what bro4u charged me. This is the last time I'm using their services. I also received another SMS with refund IDs # *** & *** respectively, stating that the refund of Rs. 783/= had been initiated and was under process, and would be credited to my bank account within 4-5 working days.

However, it has now been over a month and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite following up with their customer care helpline executives, the refund has not been processed. I have even spoken with their executive today, who promised to look into the matter and revert back to me, but there seems to be no seriousness from their end.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and behavior of Bro4U towards their customers. I would not recommend using their services after this experience. It is important for companies to take their customers seriously and provide timely and efficient service.
