GrooveBook photo book

Was not able to select photos for my book for the month of October. Every time I would click on the photo, the app would shut down. Not knowing what to do, I thought if I signed out and sign back in, it might help. After I signed out, I am not able to sign back in. Every time I enter my email, It tells me that there is no such email on file. I have tried both of my emails and that happens consistently with both of them. I am not able to select I am photos for my next move book if I can't sign into my account.

Ridiculous! Same problem here, and no response! I wish the creators would of NEVER sold! I saw them on Shark Tank and signed right up 4 or 5 years ago And have been receiving a book every month since. This is sad:(

I agree 100% I have had the exact same problem. I have sent at least a dozen separate e-mail messages to Groovebook "Customer Support." I either hear nothing at all or I get the automated response with a "case number" and a message that says that I should "expect a response within four hours." I have waited over four DAYS with nothing and the app continues to malfunction (phone blanks out and returns to the home screen as soon as I select a photo).

I have been a loyal Groovebook customer since it started and unless it is fixed by my photo submission due date -- which is this Wednesday, Oct. 17th -- I expect to receive some kind of credit or compensation for this. VERY frustrating -- ESPECIALLY the lack of response.

I finally heard back from them last Thursday the 11th and they said they would be giving me a refund since I was not able to upload my photos in time. I responded to their email right away and told them that I would like to cancel my subscription and I have yet to hear back from them again. I had actually contacted Shutterfly one day last week because that is who the automated response email came from and they said groovebook was behind on getting back to emails. I’m not sure if calling them is what helped me get a response to my email a couple days later, but you might want to give that a shot. Hope this helps!

I’m having the exact same problem as well. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. My pictures were supposed to be uploaded by the 7th and I was unable to do that. Not sure what is going on, but I’m not going to be happy if I end up getting charged!

GrooveBook billing service

I am so upset with the way Groovebook handles there customer service! I have been trying FOR MONTHS to talk to a live representative! You know someone with a pulse, not a machine. I have not been able to log into my account for months I have tried and tried, passwords, user id 's nothing works! I try to get the password, nothing
It is ridiculous that it should be this hard!
I want to cancel my account with Groovebook. STOP taking money out of my account immediately! especially when I cant even submit my pictures for books. This has been a BIG waste of money. You should have the capability to see someone is not ordering and find out why? It seems to me you just want the money so you can donate it to Ellen!
I will never do business with Groovebook or Shutterfly again. I will be telling others the same thing.
Please let me know once my account had been deleted. I have NO idea what to send you to do so because NOTHING works on my end.

I have tried the passed few months to have my photos up load. Even today it shuts off for no reason. I'm choosing photos for my book and poof goes out of the app. I've tried to change my password word and that won't work. I've had these issues before. It's very difficult to get any information for help.
Please help me fix my password and username photos.

GrooveBook groovebook

I ordered two GrooveBooks back in 2016, and then canceled my account. I got confirmation of canceling and assumed all was well. 2 years later my husband was going through our credit card statement and asked what is this GrooveBook thing- they had been charging me $3.99 for two years after canceling! I contacted them again and explained they didn't offer any return on my money just an email saying my account was cancelled- again still charged the following month! I sent another email (as there is no phone number!) and this one I said I am going to the Better business Bureau. This company is terrible!

GrooveBook groove book, I need to cancel the reorder of the 1st book, then order a whole nother book

Groove book I was trying to see what book was being sent, I couldn't find a copy of the pics from the 1st groovebook that sent, y'all sent a thing saying it had been shipped, the pics etc and ended up reordering it by accident with one click, ok I don't need 2 of same books, but it says it was reordered n billed my card, well I don't want that same book, I still don't know what pics were on it, if any at all lol. I do want it if it's got 40 + pics on it but not if it doesn't, but ONLY 1, NOT 2, THE REORDER WAS BY MISTAKE, I want another whole different book, so I upload 100 more PICS, FOR NEXT MONTHS ABD PAY FOR IT IN ADVANCE, but now it's telling me to contact billing @ groove book.com, n I can't get in touch with u to resolve it, please get back in touch with me my username is [protected]@gmail.com for groovebook, it's also my Gmail address so u can plz let me know what's going on please asap I appreciate it and hope to be able to resolve this so I can continue with groovebook in the future

GrooveBook my account

I have had Groovebook for several months and love it, however this past week my account was charged for 2 extra books that I did not order this caused a problem with my bank. I would like to cancel my subscription with you because if this. I can not worry that this will happen again. GrooveBook groovebook photo book

I have emailed groovebook multiple times telling them i wanted to cancel my subscription because I only wanted one groovebook (which was a free offer by the way) and I still ended up getting charged for it, and they never replied to my emails! So far I haven't even received my book nor has my subscription been cancelled and the charges are still up on my card.

GrooveBook unauthorized card charges, scam, rip off

I never received any book. I filled out for a free book to give it a try. It took a while to set it up and go through the pictures, I was very excited. I waited and waited but nothing ever came. After a while it was out of my mind until I just noticed I've been being charged for this book that I have never received in the 1st place. To add to my frustration I cant get a hold of anyone to fix this or even cancel these charges from re accruing. so disappointed and upset!
I never received anything! Why am I being charged!
No one can help?!?

GrooveBook I don't have a complaint I have a question

Once I send my Groovebook out (close the Groovebook) can I delete the photos from my device it says printed in production but I'm afraid to delete my photos for fear they won't be printed what should I do? Can I delete the photos the same day I send my Groovebook out to be closed? Or do I have to wait so many days I don't want to lose my photos so what should I do? Please someone I need help with this

GrooveBook can't print photos

My account currently says null null. It will not allow me to print photos it lets me select them but then won't let me print a book. It says something's wrong with my account. All my billing information is correct so I'm not sure what is wrong. I've been trying to reach somebody 2 weeks and have not been able to get in touch with a person. If I can't get this rectified soon I will need to cancel this account. also I've been charged $3.99 within the last couple of days and I haven't even been able to select the photos I want so I'm not sure what that charges [protected]@yahoo.com is my email if someone could please let me know how to fix this situation ASAP as I'm month behind on developing pictures that I need. GrooveBook I just need help with getting my pictures posted. it will not open up for me to submit

I don't have a complaint, I am just trying to get my pictures into the site for july and when I click on it, it just says it will be unlocked on 7/2. It is acting like I have already submited but I haven't. I just received a reminder today. Please help.

Good luck. When you contact Groovebook they will basically say it’s your fault because you didnt click the button to “print book now.” They have told me two times I let the last months book expire. They told me to pay for an extra book...but they still charge for the one you didn’t get.

GrooveBook billing after cancelled service

I purchased a year of Groovebook as a gift and when it was time for renewal I cancelled (it was a Christmas gift for the previous year). I received acknowledgement of cancellation. Loved the service it provided but didn't need the gift to continue. Since January 2018 Groovebook continues to charge my credit card. I file a discrepancy with my credit card company, Groovebook sends the refund and the entire process happens again the next month. I'm pretty frustrated that they continue to bill me after cancelling the service

I have canceled with grooves books 5 months ago.. and I emailed over and over asking to stop taking payment out of my bank account I will never use this company again.. and from what I e read this is how many people are having the same problem..

GrooveBook groovebook

My account shows 100/100 pictures uploaded for june.. When I say print now, it says I need about 40 some more pictures but it won' t let me upload any more.. It wont let me print now... It wont let me do anything! I had wanted to upload more pictures and print early and have another one ready to print by my print date of june 17th.. Now I can't. I have noticed there are a lot of duplicates in my book that I sometimes don't order. I understand if I need more pictures you do that but other times I have uploaded 100 pictures. Please help.. I do enjoy having groovebook.

GrooveBook groove book

I have not used my groovebook service in about 2 years, but still get a monthly charge. I have change phones several times, so it was my own fault. I now downloaded the app on to my new phone and tried to reconnect but the service is telling me that none of my emails are associated with grove book. So if none are associated how am I getting charged every month.

GrooveBook groovebook

I picked 100 photos. The main page shows 110/100 but when I ask to print now it says there are only 40 picks. I cant get in to change them. What's up? I had these photos picked for may. Never received that book. Now they are listed as june's pictures but it won't let me order them saying there are only 40. Not so, there are 100. Please let me know what is going on.

I have sent an email several times to cancel my membership and it stops for a few months and then it is taken out of my acct again... I have not received a book in a year and I keep getting charged after I have cancelled it several times!!! I want a refund and I want it cancelled for good. First where is may's book for me to fill?
Just because I got an extra book the month before,
That does not mean you have the right to charge me for both books last month and then come along charge me the next month but not give me the opportunity to get a book. You take your gosh darn (i'm a gigi & we have a swear jar.) money but stealing from me

I think they are getting money from a bunch of this for this same thing. They will still charge you. They will say it’s your fault. Been there. I need to cancel also. Just upload to Walmart pics online.

I got a notification saying I needed to upload photos for my monthly book to be printed tomorrow and when I open the app there isn’t a place to do so. It only gives me the option to buy an extra book and then says the next month will be available 6/12. This is very aggravating. I’m ready to cancel my membership.

GrooveBook wanting to change credit card number

I have received notice that you are unable to charge my credit card account. I want to give you another number to use. I have been a long time satisfied customer but at this time I am unable to provide the correct credit card numbers. This complaint webpage is too broad for something as easy as notifying this company. I want my book and am happy to pay for it but there must be an easier way to communicate.

GrooveBook they billed me twice

I want to know why they did it.
I bought a book from them and paid for it immediately, long before they shipped it.
One week ago I received the book.
Yesterday I was charged its price. And if I never checked my bank account, I would never find it out, because they chose not to notify me of this charge.
I tied to call them, but no one picked up. Then I wrote them a big email with all of the print screens and receipts I had to prove they had no right to charge me once again.
Still no reply. Was I scammed? Obviously. I will open a dispute then, I don't want to donate to anyone, actually...

I've downloaded the app only to have it not work! My pictures won't even show up in order for me to pick from them... Talk about total disappoint then to top it off, i've uninstalled and reinstalled three times and still got the same result... I even went as far as re-downloading using my other email address, used my sisters promotion code got to the home page where the pictures supposed to be and still the same along with her even downloading the app it did the same too her...
