Greyhoundmy ticket purchase from greyhound

On 7/12/2016 I purchased a ticket online the purchase was completed, and the charge was made to my account. When I called to get the confirmation number I was informed that the date was today to leave and I could not get my fare back, I informed the person that I booked online and the cheap fares were for tuesday and wednesday. Now they have my money and I have no ticket for the day for my mothers return trip. The customer service is no help at all. My name is desiree dillard the client number is [protected].

    Advice write your reference number down as soon as you buy your ticket on something and keep it. Greyhound will work with you with a reference number and will refund money back. Travelers as for lost luggage remember most the time when you luggage get misplace is because you don't have a tag on it. Usually they take it off at your first rest stop because its not label. So to locate, do this yourself call all you rest stop and describe your luggage and some of what inside of i your luggage and I guarantee that you will find it. I did. When they find it they also sent it to your location. I travel a lot with greyhound and have had issue. but, all my issue was solve. So be patient and do your part to help and see that its not as bad as everyone say it is. I love it and travel no other way. Remember the driver got us there safe. Eva Washington Georgia
