GreenCare Designs LLC did the landscaping and built a swimming pool for my neighbor at ***. They also had permission to access my adjoining property at *** using a small front end loader and wheelbarrows. The agreement was that they would restore my property to its original condition once the project was finished. However, it has been three months since the pool was completed and no steps have been taken to replace the decorative rock between and in front of our properties. The repair work would simply involve removing and replacing some decorative rock, without the need to replace any trees or plants.

The artificial grass I had installed in my backyard started melting after just a few months. I filed a warranty claim on April 1, but I still haven't received a satisfactory resolution. The turf was put in place in January , and within a short time, it began to melt. By April, the melting had become quite significant, so I decided to file a warranty claim. However, it took over 30 days and several phone calls for me to finally get a response. Eventually, the designer, Gary R., came to inspect the issue and was supposed to provide a solution. Unfortunately, he hasn't responded since then, and I haven't been able to get a refund or find another way to fix the problem. The melted turf has gotten even worse, and it's actually painful to walk on now. The invoice was dated January 2, and the invoice number is ***.

Pool has repair issues that are not being resolved. We been making contact for several months. We contracted with GreenCare to build our pool. This was a frustrating experience throughout, but we are at a point where the builder will not complete the final issues, including cracking in the tile of the pool or finishing the score lines in the pool. I have made contact on numerous occasions to be put on a schedule but have not seen anyone since the initial punch-list items. The company is currently not returning calls and not responding to email. We were hesitant to pay the final payment because of the many issues with construction but paid to keep the project moving toward completion. The company has full payment of contract.

Complaint against Greencare Designs LLC - Breach of contract for failur to complete jobs per signed contract, 1) Cooling Sprinklers for synthetic turfs never installed,2) Salt Cell system never installed. Total amount paid to business - $121,950. They acted above the law and did not follow contracts from the beginning. They never worked based on original agreed upon schedule- constantly no-shows for the scheduled time or delayed work progress without any notice. They delayed the project for over a year and disappeared at the end without completing jobs pursuant to contract. They did not bill according to contract. Their billings were always higher than amounts on contract or non-exist in contract. They completely ignored 10% retainer stated in contract. After we paid them retainer in advance based on good faith and trust, they disappeared, failed to complete items stated in contract and abandoned the job. They refused to communicate. We had no choice but to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

We hired GreenCare Designs LLC in Feb 2022 to build a simple pool and spa, and add some pavers to our yard. It was a basic design, nothing fancy. We paid a $10k down payment and our project manager told us it would take 14 weeks, finishing in June. But then our contact said it could take *** weeks. We paid all payments on time and made no changes to the design. The work started off quickly and the completed work is good. However, after the initial work began, everything slowed down. There were weeks and weeks of no work and no communication, unless we called or emailed multiple times. It's now week 25 and the project is still not done. We receive no honest responses, just the runaround. There is no end date in sight, even though they have 95% of our money for the project. They don't offer us anything, no timeline to finish, and no work has been done in weeks. We are extremely disappointed in this company, and we've noticed through reviews that other customers in our area are experiencing the same problems. Come on GreenCare, do the right thing and FINISH OUR PROJECT!

We signed a contract with Greencare Designs LLC in April to make our pool and do the landscaping. We weren't too happy with the delays (some of which were out of their control) and the lack of communication throughout the whole process. But what really bothers us is that there's still work left unfinished. We paid the full amount in early July, but there are several things that still need to be done. For example, the BBQ area needs some corrections, and we have pool tiles that don't match and need to be replaced. When the Greencare crew installed our front lights, they had to replace some pavers and used a completely different one that doesn't match. They also installed our salt and UV without following the proper start-up procedure and using the right amount of salt, as stated in the contract. My husband and I have been calling them consistently to ask them to finish the work, but they haven't called us back or completed the job yet. I called them recently on 7/26 (twice), 7/27, and 7/29. They told me that everyone was in meetings and promised to call me back. On 7/29, the receptionist said that a crew would come on 8/2 to fix our concerns. But no one showed up or called as we had discussed. I called again on 8/3, but once again, all the staff was in meetings and couldn't take my call.
