We hired Good Shepherd Fence Company to install a fence in April
We hired Good Shepherd Fence Company to install a fence in April . In April this year, we began to notice that the fence is failing in multiple areas. At least 12 posts have badly warped, causing the panels to pull away. Some have cracked under the ground, causing multiple panels to fall. We contacted them on 4/5 (and sent photos) and requested repairs as the issues should fall under their lifetime workmanship warranty. We were told they would have someone come out and assess. A month went by with no communication. We reached out again, and apparently the first person we talked to was let go, so they had no record of us calling. This time they'd have someone come out in the next couple of weeks. Someone came out mid-May, looked at the problems, and said they would get back to us. No response. Finally, in June, the owner came by to take a look. After talking with him, he would make sure the repairs were done. Two weeks later, still no communication. We reached out and kept getting their voicemail. Finally, we sent an email, and their reply was, "We'll have someone come back out to reassess." Why? They've already been out and know what needs to be repaired. Finally, we were put on the schedule for July 30 for the repairs. On that day, one person showed up and couldn't do the work because he was told there were only 3 posts that needed repair. He called the Owner, who told him to document all of the problems with his iPad. He took video and photos. He told us that we would get back on the schedule because it required a team of people to make the repairs. Two weeks go by, and we had, again, no communication. Called them back and was told we would hear from *** who does the schedule within 24 hours. The 24 hours went by with no communication. We emailed him. We called over 2 days and only get their voicemail. We are approaching 5 months with no resolution. We would like the fence repaired immediately or a partial refund for the work so that we can hire another company to make the repairs.

This company has great customer service!
This company has great customer service! They go above and beyond for what you need. We needed double locks on our fence to keep my son from going out. Chad from Good Shepherd Fence Company did just that for us! They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! Have recommended them to everyone who has mentioned they need a fence built!
