Green Dot green dot prepaid

I filed taxes on August 30th. I ACCIDENTALLY put in a green dot account info on my direct deposit. Here it is 9/24/18 and my money has been untouchable with green dot. I have requested a replacement card twice and requested it expedited. That was almost 3 weeks ago . It's like they don't want to give me my money. $3, 600 is what they are holding from me then they blocked access to a card I don't even have cause I tried to obtain access so I could buy groceries as I am not working at the moment and just moved in another residence and this company has totall y screwed up every inch of my life right now. I want the block lifted off of my card Wednesday when they say I will finally get it in t he mail

Green Dot walmart money card

I have repeatedly called the Walmart green dot customer service line to put a stop payment on a check issued out of bill pay. The check was destroyed by the recipient, who was my friend and who thought she was doing me a favor. I have been trying and trying and trying to get that $250 put back into my account to no avail. I keep being told 7 to 10 business days and it is well over that timeframe. Can someone please help me. My phone number is [protected].

Green Dot prepaid direct deposit card

A friend of mine has a greendot card. His last greendot card was stolen so he called to get a new one. They immediately blocked his new card. They said to submit an id, front and back! he did so! now these crooks are saying that the id is not legible. He sent his id to me to look at! it is clearly legible! they said to resubmit the id! he did that! still say it is not legible!
the man is on disability and barely living paycheck to paycheck! he has his power turned off and had to get his sister's assistance to get it turned back on.
I have helped him as much as i can! i do not make enough money to support him and myself. Either unblock his damn card or we will find an attorney to get it unblocked! in any case, we are definitely going to look for another company for his disability direct deposit.
People, do not trust these crooks! he has had money spent by the individual who stole his card and disputed it! it came back as supposedly a legitimate purchase and withdrawal. Of course it is! after all, you have no intention of letting him get the little money he has left on the card, now, let alone refunding the stolen money.

Green Dot moneypak

Put $140 on a Moneypak reload went to
apply money to my debit card when l went to do so it wasn't on my card called they said the fund were spent. How can that be wasn't even 5 min so I waited an additional 30 minutes still
not there. I then called back still nothing when l called the company same answer already applied.
Filed a fraud complaint, after about the 7th day was answered with this .

We have an important update on your MoneyPak Fraud Claim. We have completed our review and determined that Green Dot is not liable for returning any funds for the reasons(s) listed below:

You provided the MoneyPak information to the recipient. There were no funds to recover.

Green Dot walmart money card

I have never in the 5 years i have had this card had an issue. That was until saturday. They blocked my card. I called n they told me to send my id to verify. Ok. Call today (5 days later) & they say it was unable to verify. I sent them my ss, birth certificate, address. Anything & everything to verify my identity. I have no access to my money and now they said to wait 4 more days! What happens if they dont verify? I need my momey as i had automatic payments set up n cancelled due to this

Green Dot my money on my walmart money card

I want my card unblocked so I can get my money off of it cause if I dont get it unblocked im sueing if my kids die of starvation cause I cant get food in the house cause they blocked my card when I told them not to block it and me and my wife havent eaten in 2 weeks cause of it and in tired of getting the run around of when my card is getting unblock to get my money off of it

Green Dot green dot has blocked my account. they won't unblock my card i've sent my identification in way too many times

My green dot was working great until I was made a fool of at a store I put my own money on this card to make online purchases and you for no reason blocked it . Now making it completely impossible to get my own money . Completely ridiculous. Last used it August 8 at about 7 ish at night . Two days later I went to use it to buy a car part I need and it didn't work . That was the only form of payment I had on me and I had no choice but to leave without what I needed . I never received any emails about why this happened . I never filed a complaint . So please explain why your holding my money?

Green Dot direct deposit

Green dot blocked my card. My deposit went back to the sender as in my job. They haven't received it either. I talked to green dot bank and my job but nobody is helping me. I need this resolved today. I have rent to Pay. It's been blocked since my deposit on the 6th of September. It is now the 11th of September. It's unblocked now for 3 days. I really need this resolved today. It will greatly appreciated.

I received a new card. That was blocked. My deposit got sent back to the sender. And they haven't received anything. I need to know where and why I can't receive my money. On the card that has been unblocked. It's been passed two business days. I need my money please deposit on my card. Can get it resolved today. I need answers and nobody is not explaining

Green Dot walmart money card

I loaded my card on yesterday, September 6 2018. I then went home called in to pay mu carnote and water bill. This morning checking my email, I discovered you all blocked my card. The reason Suspicious activity? I have been utilizing this card for some time, primarily to pay bills. Let me not forget to state I uploaded my state drivers license that 2as requested in your email. I then went to see if the card had been unblicked, but found out that the card was deactivated. I have use this moneycard and several other for years but you deactivate my card without a real explanation. Calling your number on the back of the card is a joke. I was told to hold for over 30 minutes sevetal different times. And finally received the statement that my remaining balance will be sent to the state. The state didnt upload funds to that card, I did. Horrible treatment of an individual who has utilized uour prepaid card for years.

Green Dot product, as well as staff

I recieves my greendot cars 3 days ago, I activated it and deposited $300 that night. Yesterday september 5th I went to pull some money from my greendot cars to pay bills and $25 was missing from my account. So I called in and they froze my account and refused to allow me transfer my money be4 freezing my account. Now im out $25 and, have to wait for the $275 to srrive in a check form which I will have to pay to more un necessary money wasted, not to mention now I cant pay my bills, I would like my $275 transfered as soon as possible while I wait for the remaing $25 to be disputed.

Green Dot replacing a lost go card

Waiting for a replacement gocard for over a month now. They said the sent it but I never received it! Than they said they sent another and never received that one! It's all the money I have not to mention thinking about the day they say it's coming and never does! I have no money and it's really stressful and driving me insane! The most important part they don't use tracking numbers for your money be mailed ( totally wrong)!. Also trying to talk to a live person is another nightmare! You need an card account number or your screwed! Company sucks! I now waiting for another card to come with no way of knowing if it will mean while I have 40 dollars to my name! Please help

My name is India Wilson and words cannot express my disgust with this company. To all readers of my review, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BANK WITH! I purchased an engagement ring from a well known company Kays Jeweler. I ended up having to get a refund. They refunded my money to my card. My account was blocked and when I called the Green dot they requested receipts for my transactions with Kay. I did just that in order to pay my light bill in time. They told me they received the documents and my refund would be issued in 2 days. First of all it's my money and after all this is a prepaid card you should be able to receive money on this card from wherever or however when you are the one that has to add the money to the card is not like a credit card where they just give you money on top of all of this my refund has still not been cleared my account is still blocked and my light bill is still unpaid stayed on hold for 45 minutes today only for them to tell me that they need more receipts for my money Kays Jewelers is even upset at this point which they will be action at this point and requesting the money back these people sit there will not put any managers on the phone put you on hold not empathetic at all and when it's all said there's done I still do not have my money my money not they money they just sitting here with my money doing what with it this issue better get resolved immediately or I will be contacting a lawyer I have plenty in my family the crazy thing is it's my money once again I can't stress how upset how hurt I was literally made me sick to my stomach and so upset crying in front of my kids because I still can't take care of what I need to for my family because I was not able to get my money back I didn't even want to get the refund for the ring but life happens and you mean to tell me I got to wait Another 24 hours to either speak with a for a call back it's been going week that they have been harboring my money Kays Jewelers is an international company and the manager said they are not taken lightly of this issue. Green Dot green dot bank account

Green Dot blocked my account with no warning and said it was because of suspicious activity. They asked me to verify my account with my drivers license. I uploaded my license to their account. One day later they closed my account and took $155 that I had in the account. They said my license didn't pass verification. After researching this issue I see that they do this to a lot of their customers. I just can't believe that a bank can get away with stealing money from me and not provide any explanation as to why they did it.

Today I bought a prepaid card in Puerto Rico and tried to register it with an USA address. The card was blocked because I bought the card in Puerto Rico and entered USA address. The agent told me to send a ck in two weeks. This not resolves my situation because I had to make a payment. I was reading some of the posts on this FaceBook page and this situation is not the only one…
Wao! How is this possible… Greendot is playing with federal government? Do you know that banks are regulated by federal government?
I had a chat with Visa Card. The only thing that they would suggest is to send email at this address askvisausa@visa.com so you can escalate this issue for you.

Green Dot moneypak card

I purchased a moneypak card and when I tried to load moneypak to my debit card it said due to suspicious activity I had to do a moneypak refund which would take 7-10 days which i dont understand because it was my first time trying to load any money to moneypak account So I did moneypak refund request and it said completed so I expected to receive my refund in mail. But 8 days later I received letter saying my request was rejected and I needed to send in additional info which I don't have because I throw away moneypak card and recipt because i assumed i was getting refund in mail.. my case # is 5686865 And moneypak card # [protected] ($100) And other moneypak # I cant find. I purchased moneypak to pay bill online..i need my money refunded

Green Dot prepaid locked card

I got a greendot prepaid card and loaded my rent money 200$on it went to pay my rent online and it said incufeicent funds calls greendot they tells me direct tv took my money off I told them I didn't authorize it they tell me I have to put in a dispute I put one in my dispute number is 17720019direct tv sent me my statement yesterday said my payment was reversed meaning greendot took my money back called them they told me that I had to submit my i'd at greendot com/documentupload that was a week ago everytime I call my card it says card blocked documents uploaded wasn't legible wtf y'all [censored]es better get it together and give me my [censored] as i'm writing this complaint i'm waiting for someone to answer greendot customer service sucks been on hold for 27minutes now keeps saying they epericing high call volume? I bet they is keeps taking people [censored]

Green Dot stolen money

I have gotten 115.00$ stolen from my account f on dollar general, nue Mart, and frontier airlines some one had my card and I have the new card now and want my money back on my card. Some one has been using my card and I did report it lost or stolen when I looked on my app and saw all the money tooken out. My case number for this is [protected] I have five dollars on my account but cannot access it.

Green Dot moneypak

I purchased a moneypak card and loaded 130.00 fro. Circle k and less then 60 seconds after i purchased this card my money was gone. I filed a fraud claim and it was denied stating the funds had been used and i gave the card information to someone else. I have used this card for the past 5 years and never a problem i will be contacting a lawyer this was all the money i had.

Green Dot didn’t let me keep my account for my 1st problem with activation.

It's all good when you don't have problems! The problem I have is it's takes 7-10 days for a stopped transaction! Come on now what if that came out of rent money you can't even get your money back that day! Second I been a customer for years I request new card because my old one was faded. I get it follow the sticker instructions on it and it didn't activate I tried it again then it blocked me. Told me to send in an ID that will take 2 days to confirm...what!
I do it then y'all tell me it's not varified and that I can't direct deposit no more or upload any money to it. Basically after all these years 1 f&ck up on activation I can't bank with them no more. Over a missed activation for a new card. F&ck greendot the specialist didn't help me when I told her what happens what do y'all have employees for to give out bad news on how you got to wait for your money or they don't deal with you no more! Worse f$ckin bank help I ever had they treat there system like it's skynet! Somebody made the system but you have nobody to override in serious situations. Called my lawyer for y'all! Customer don't care line what you should call it.

My card was stolen an I reported it immediately and filed a police report an contacted greendot an reported my card stolen an disputed the charges i did not make. After a week Greendot denied my dispute even after I emailed a copy of the police report and dispute form. I have also contacted the better business bureau an the FDIC AN THE Visa corporation because Green Dot does not comply with it's card holder agreement on unauthorized charges on stolen cards if Greendot doesn't want to stand by their card holder agreement I will seek legal action by whatever means necessary

Green Dot green dot moneypak card

I purchased a Green Dot MoneyPak card and attempted to set up an account on their website at MoneyPak.com as instructed on the card. The first 5 times I attempted to set up the account it gave me an error and would not allow me to set up an account. Since this is the only way to get the money off of the card, and I was unable to do so, I submitted a fraud report on their website. I had to enter the MoneyPak card number for the fraud report. After that I was suddenly able to set up an account and then when I put in the MoneyPak card number it said it was invalid. I received an email in reply to my fraud complaint saying MoneyPak is not liable because I gave the card number to someone. I did not give the card number to anyone. They basically took my $500 and are refusing to reimburse it. There is no phone number at which I can call them. The only recourse I have is to mail them a letter. I attempted to lodge another fraud complaint but you have to enter a MoneyPak card number and when I entered it, it again said it was not valid. I still have the receipt. I have no idea where the money went as I didn't give the card number to anyone except the MoneyPak website.
