I had to call approximately five times just to get an answer to a basic question—and it cost me nearly an hour of my time. Each call was met with an automated system that eventually led to someone picking up the phone but never speaking. I called back and the phone rang endlessly. When I finally got through, I was transferred to someone in Belize who barely understood English, which forced me to repeat myself multiple times.
This experience was exhausting, inefficient, and unacceptable. I don’t want to support a business that can’t manage something as simple as answering the phone or providing basic customer service in English. For a company that caters to families, this was anything but family-friendly. Ridiculous.
