Great Northern insurans is not cool
Great Northern insurans is not cool. They don't like to pay when you need them to. I was a good customer and when I tried to get my money they said no way. You can't trust them.

I had a claim on August 11th and it's been a hassle ever since. One of their insured drivers hit my car and I made a claim. I talked to someone who said they'd call me back, but it's been two months and I haven't heard anything. When I call, I get put on hold, transferred, put on hold again, and sometimes even hung up on. I call back and still never get a call back.

They work for insurance companies that don't care about us either. They don't explain everything clearly and they don't help when we need them. They just take our money and leave us hanging when we need them the most. Don't trust them!

I had to call Great Northern Insurance Agency, Inc. 'cause I'm getting divorced from my hubby who's got car insurance with them and my name's on it too. I called 'em up on August 11th to ask 'em to take my name off 'cause I'm separated from my hubby and we're in court for divorce since July 24th. The guy on the phone said he can't take my name off 'cause it'll make my hubby's insurance cost more. But I told him I got an order of protection against my hubby and a police report to back me up, so I need my name off.
