Ascendant Commercial Insurance Ascendant ain't no good, man

Ascendant ain't no good, man. I been messin' with 'em since 11/22. They don't call back, they don't email back, they straight up rude. They be lyin' too, tryna avoid payin' me for my bodily injury. They client rear ended me, I'm a taxi driver, and I lost wages too. They don't wanna pay that either.

Ascendant Commercial Insurance I had a bad experience with Ascendant Insurance when I got hit by one of their drivers on April 1, 2022

I had a bad experience with Ascendant Insurance when I got hit by one of their drivers on April 1, 2022. I filed a claim on the same day, but it took them until April 5th to assign an adjuster named ***. They said they needed a few days to check if their driver's policy covers accidents. Ascendant came to take pictures of my car, but it wasn't the adjuster ***. I called on April 13 to check the status of my claim, but *** and her supervisor kept dodging my calls. I left voicemails, but they didn't return them. On April 15, I was transferred to *** who said they saw the pictures and the driver was at fault, but they were still reviewing the policy. I couldn't get a rental car, so I filed with my insurance company. For the next two weeks, *** and her supervisor kept dodging my insurance company's calls until they sent legal documents from their lawyers. On April 29, *** finally gave me an update and said they'll reimburse me for the rental after I send the invoice. I called on May 13 and May 17 to check when I'll receive my reimbursement, but they kept dodging my calls until June 1 when they told me *** was no longer with the company and I'll get a new adjuster named ***. She said they wouldn't pay for my rentals because my car shouldn't have been in the shop this long and it's my job to hurry up the shop. I have $13,000 worth of damages and $2,100 in rental fees.

Ascendant Commercial Insurance This insurance company is the worst!

This insurance company is the worst! One of their drivers hit me in June and it's already March 2022, but they only sent an appraiser to check the damages last month. I've called so many times to get more information, but the agent (I think it's the second or third one I've talked to since the accident) doesn't answer my calls. And when I finally get through, all they say is "it's going through management for further review." Like, seriously? I haven't been able to drive my car for almost a year now. This company is a joke.

Ascendant Commercial Insurance Hey, my name's John Doe and I had a crash on Oct 22nd, 2021

Hey, my name's John and I had a crash on Oct 22nd, 2021. I put in a claim with ASCENDANT through the Collision Center and they told me to wait for the specialist, Mr. Smith, to come check out my car. I've been calling them every day for an update but I just get sent to his voicemail every time. I've talked to manager Ms. Brown a bunch of times and she said the agent would come check it out 'that day' but I haven't heard anything back from her. Finally, after like 3 months, they gave me a new case manager, Ms. Green. She said sorry and promised an agent would come check it out but they still haven't done it. I'm getting pretty frustrated because I don't know what the damages are or what's covered. I'm asking to talk to someone higher up who can actually help me out.
