Great Clips review: Manager falsely accused me of hitting her ( 1 comment)

I made an appointment on Thursday April 10, 2025 around the 2pm hour. The cut was good but I had issues with my sideburns. A woman’s sideburns I believe are different than a man’s sideburns. I agreed to the #1 clipper for the little bit of hair in front of my ear. What I got was a bald cut up to my temple and in about 1/2 to an inch above and behind my ear. now I look like a 67 yr old woman trying to keep up with kids with weird shaved heads. I stewed yesterday, the 11th and today I went up there to complain to the manager. I was not happy but when they laughed at me and told me I got what I asked for. Then I started yelling. The manager was shaking her finger in my face, I did swipe at it. She cried “she hit me, she hit me, call the cops, call the cops. I got my money back. She said I have your number, I have your address. First she blocked me from leaving the store with the threat of police then let me go and cops never came tho I welcome them.
