The images we paid an exorbitant price for were AWFUL! They weren't even in focus, you can't see the diploma and the tassel is also out of focus. The lighting is horrible. I can't believe I fell for this scam and wasted so much money to capture a very important event. WASTE OF MONEY AND HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. I sent en email to complain and they said to call to settle my "dispute"... I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get an agent and finally gave up. I would like a full refund.
