paid for a bundle of CEU's. $39.00 and never received the material or could credit.

I paid for the test and was unable to take it due to technical difficulties on their end. They are giving me the run around on issuing a refund. I just want my money refunded so that I can take the test elsewhere.

I notified the business of incorrect information presented in their materials. They informed me that although I am a customer and pay for their services they will not take questions from me and instead must go through a third party who is not an employee or customer. They refused to provide any meaningful correction of their false/incorrect materials.

I mistakenly registered for the ATI TEAS exam twice and ATI is refusing to refund one payment. They are two options when registering. 1. ATI TEAS PSI and 2. ATI TEAS. I chose the first option which I would have to go in person and take the test. However, the college I am attending recommended the 2 option which is a proctored exam (due to COVID -19). Taking the advice from the college I reregistered for the Proctored exam. Now, I've asked ATI several times for a refund for the ATI TEAS PSI and they are refusing to give one of the payments back.

When I signed up for a Prep course the the RN NCLEX, this business had advertised on their website that there was 100% moneyback guarantee. This guarantee was that if you completed their course and failed boards that your money would be given back to you or your course could be extended 12 weeks to continue to prep for boards. This was suppose to be customer choose. Upon completing course and failing boards, website had been updated and links to this part of the page disabled and this guarantee was removed from website and business doesn't respond to customer.

ATI charged me $328.59 for access to their nursing educational assisting service. I was granted access to their ''service'' by them providing nursing educational content for me to use online. The problem is that this content is a absolute mockery of the nursing education system in that it provides a amazing amount of incorrect information, videos of nursing techniques, and tests. The service fails to meet it's claims of providing education that will better a nursing students chances of passing the NCLEX exam when it contains so much wrong information that would cause you to fail the NCLEX. There ''tests'' were supposed to consist of rationale answers that explained why each answer choice was either correct or incorrect. In reality, their tests actually only provided one answer that was copied and pasted the exact same thing for each selection with no explanations that would actually provide you with a reason as to why your answer was or was not correct. I tried many times to reach out and call ATI and they seemingly hid behind the covid outbreak to not have to take customer service calls or emails. I finally did start getting emails back about my complaints but they would not really acknowledge anything I said and appeared to just copy and paste their responses that basically said we don't refund. I tried to be fair and only asked for a partial refund of $300 in which I calculated that my use of the ''service'' costs about $3/day and I only used it for 9 days before I just couldn't lessen my nursing knowledge any longer with their laughably wrong nursing material.

I am applying to the nursing program at PHSC. Due to COVID, the TEAS testing was cancelled. My school recommended me to try and find another testing center in order to take the TEAS in time to submit with my application. I went through ATI testing website to find that *** is the only other place offering the test. I read through the "learn more" tab. Which at the time DID NOT have the verbiage in it that it has now in regards to being for that colleges current students. When I clicked on the "register" tab, I then got a pop up box which stated the test was for *** students only. I then called *** and spoke to a gentlemen. I asked him about this and he told me "you can ignore the pop up box and still register". That's what I did and it cost me $150. Yesterday, 5/5. I got a call from *** stating I can not take the test through them because I am not a current student there. When I let her know what I had been informed prior to registering, I was told to call ATI. I also asked why does it ask to enter the college we want our test results sent to if the test is only for a specific college. Again, I was prompted to call AtI. I did just that and was told, "sorry it states there are no refunds". When I asked how this is ethical or even morally right, *** just continued to repeat the same line of the information on the website states there are refunds. If the test is an online proctored exam, why can I not still take the test? How can they knowingly take someone's $150 and not provide anything for it? That is robbery! My school is currently in the credentialing process with ATI to offer the online proctored test. I either want my money back from ATI, *** or be allowed to roll over what I paid to take the online proctored test with *** when they are up and running.

I purchased *** less than 24 hours ago. I purchased the module prior to taking the course because an assignment was due today and I wanted to be prepared for class. The professor changed the assignment due date earlier this morning to Tuesday instead and today was my first day of class. My professor told us that the institution will be providing the codes for us to access the books and assignments we need through ATI. The website does state no returns, but The website says also says to "CONTACT US - We have a real understanding of what it takes to become a nurse and we are happy to answer your questions" Well to understand what a nursing student goes through means understanding we are paying a lot for tuition and books and can barely work and that we like to be prepared for class. Yes I agreed to the terms and purchase conditions because as future nurse I wanted to be prepared for class and ensure my assignment was done on time and I did need the book. Had I known the school would have provided the codes and the assignment was due later in the week, I would have never purchased the book especially considering their heartless refund policy, I didn't want to get a 0 on my assignment, but now I rather would have got the 0 than spend $125 for nothing. There is also a statement on their website that says : Please be sure the correct institution is selected above. You can change your institution on the My Profile page. If your institution hasn't instructed you to pay online and has not provided you with a semester payment code, you are not required to pay online. My institution provided me with a payment code, hence I should have not been required to pay online. If ATI can see that I am with a certain institution and about to purchase a book/module the school already purchased codes for, why would ATI let me go through with the purchase?
