My name is La Monic Anderson. I graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in Hampton in December 2020. I still have not received my diploma. Over the last year, I have been calling and asking to have it mailed and been to the campus to request it but my attempts have been unsuccessful. When I called the office, the representative stated that someone would call me back or I have left messages on the voicemail. I have never received a call back. When I had the opportunity to speak with the business office, I was originally told it would be sent via mail. At this point, I NEED the diploma and have been trying to work with the school for a year. This is ridiculous. I should have it by now. Someone needs to assist with getting this taken care of. I will keep complaining to anyone and everyone until I get the diploma I worked so hard to obtain.

I graduated in 2013 in IT (Parma Campus), first off no one in career services would help me get an Internship. One of my Instructors sons was working part time evenings at a local High School. I ended up making cables for my IT internship, I also was Interning at the Campus cleaning computers or watching movies (what the head of Their IT Dept. told me to do. I finally got a Internship through my job. No help from Career Services. Also they never gave me any leads for jobs, except 2 contract jobs. Which I couldn't do because need Health Insurance. One of the ladies in Career Services asked me where I work and hourly rate, Then said just stay working in Factory the pay is better. Now I am in Dept for 40, 000 and 3 years later still working in factory, while Information Technology has changed so much. Also they no Longer Support IT, there are no more classes for IT nor Career Services

Bryant & Stratton College hires these instructors that are highly unqualified. I ended up instructing the class one night because the instructor had no clue what he was doing. He couldn't answer basic questions. We are basically teaching ourselves and that is unaacceptable.
This is not the first instructor that I have encountered at Bryant & Stratton that has demonstrated such a deficit in knowledge. I have contacted the head of the departments and the dean of instruction with no success.
Bryant & Stratton tries to teach accountability, but often does not practice what they preach. They are not accountable for the incompetent instructors they hire.
