GradImages review: Not delivering the pictures that was paid for.

We made $150 for the graduation photo CD order made in December. Its February now and still haven't received it. Every time we call to track, they have very poor customer service representatives, who cannot share the tracking number of the order placed 3 months back, nor give a status of the delivery. They don't give any solution for the problem, nor do they reimburse the amount paid. They are total cheat fraudsters scam company
