I had to give 1 star as 0 star isn't an option. Goodwill is just as SCANDOULS as always. It's ONLY about money money and more money. Never will a customer get their cash back on a return. Store credit only. It's all about keeping your cash. They sell broken items and if returned still store credit for donated garbage they put out saving the good things for auction. One hand in front one behind. Fill them up !

Recommendation: Dont donate ! Shop another thrift shop.
