Let me start by saying we have gone to Goodwill for around 35 years. In that time we have donated & we have purchased a lot of things. I can still remember the first thing we purchased. I have seen a lot of changes over the years. From stores being closed, to taking away senior days in the stores. At this time I go to 3 different Goodwill stores. But I may stop going to any of them. This last Wednesday (Jan. 7th) I was very upset when I went to leave. I buy clothes when I find something I like, but the doors to the dressing rooms were taking off. So I can not try on clothes any longer. No, I do not want to take them home & then bring it back if I don't like them. Every Goodwill I go into is always dirty (the floors), but they are a lot worse now. There is one nice employee that the Pasadena location. She is always talking to people (Kelsey) she is a cashier. But I saw the manger talking to her about needing to come in at night, not the day shift, this seem to upset Kelsey. The manager didn't care, as if it was Kelsey's problem. One of the young men that puts out stuff was so very rude and ugly. I will be looking for other resale shops to donate & spend my money at.
Recommendation: I gave it a 1 star experience
