Goodwill Industries review: No handicap parking!! ( 1 comment)

On Monday 9/21/2025 I was at Goowill bin store at 6345 SE 14th St. Des Moines, Ia. I'm disabled in a wheelchair 100% wheelchair dependant. Theres is no handicap parking spots or areas for handicap parking! So, I parked alongg the frontt of the building but not in front of the entrance or in fire lane. I went inside and 10 min after I entered staff is pagingg my license plate to move my vehicle. I've been to this Goodwill many times and staff knows my situation. For some reason this time I was treated very rudely! This has happened a few times, so I moved my vehicle when i came out to leave 3 times 3 different occasions someone was parked too close to me and I couldnt get into my vehicle! I went back in gave platre number to staff. The people came out 3 hours later! I had to wait 3 hours !
