GoodRx review: No customer service

Decided to use them to go on GLP-1 medication. Her there information, it takes less than a few hours to get everything taken care of.

The assigned person never did any follow through and did not send over medications as promised. Over a two-day period I not only sent four additional chats, but also reached out to there so called customer support twice for assistance. I also went to another provider and was clear that they needed to refund my money because they had never rendered the services for which I had paid.

No responses at all. Two and a half days after my initial first message to the provider, I got a canned response saying this wasn't monitored real time and to expect a delay. A delay of a few hours is fine, several days is not. They then said that they would get everything sent right over it which point I told them that I had now contacted them seven times for assistance and a refund and it was too late I already had what I needed from another provider.

But you're forgetting the fact that Mr price as of this writing, I have reached out to them 11 times and waited a total of five business days for a response. I finally utilized Chachi PT to identify actual people with the company and sent an executive email blast to try to get assistance.

They're quick to charge, but don't actually offer follow through on the service. While other people may have had success, this is my review based on my experience. I should not have had to spend over 2 hours just trying to get assistance for process that should have taken less than 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable that they cannot have any kind of turnaround and do not have any kind of escalation to actually work with the human being.
