Gold's Gymover charging on my account despite early notice

I like to register my complaint to your office for Golds Gym, Ashburn, VA location. I have been dealing with Ryan Sill, the manager for a month on my account which has been charged wrongly. I met with him personally, he accepted the negligence of the Gym but now not responding me. He never returns my call. I am getting very upset and frustrated the way you people are treating me. I have the records to support my case. If my matter does not get resolved soon I am going on social media on your website, local Facebook group, Twitter account, local NextDoor neighbor application and warn people and share this story with local people so nobody dare to think about Golds Gym. I will not stop here and will report to BBB, your Head quarter and may be a news media so people know about your dealings. It is my hard earn money and will not let it go like this. You have one week to refund my money.
