Orangetheory Fitness Shoreline

I called Orangetheory and left messages for them to call me back and stop charging my credit card they have on file. When they reopened in April, I did not respond to an email stating I wanted to restart my membership. They interpreted no response to being a yes and starting charging my credit card in April. I called and left messages inquiring why they were charging my card without my permission but they never called back. How can they resume charging a credit card during a pandemic without the owner of the card's permission? When I returned to WA, I went in person to the Orangetheory and told them to cancel my membership as when the membership was put on hold I was told they would only resume when it was safe to do so and the member agreed. I feel they took advantage of having my credit cart on file, neglected to call me back so I could cancel it, and refused to refund my money for *** July.
