This location is a RIP off. I fulfilled my membership in June 2019, since then they have debited my account for 600$. I did the cancellation correctly, I have a cancellation number and its impossible to contact anyone concerning this matter. I even contacted the CEO Adam Zeitsiff. I'm getting legal representation to get my money back. This is ridiculous, I'm a widow with stage 4 cancer and they are ripping me off, I'm also contacting a local news station. I believe that the people need to know how they do business.
Where are you? I am at Austin, Texas and also working on the legal method to get my money back. Maybe we can do the sue together.
I've been having an awful time with Golds too. They have been charging me for classes I did not sign up for and haven't given me a refund and just charged me again. I've had a lot of other issues with them. I feel like with all the dissatisfied customers, maybe there's grounds for a class action suit.
