I am a member of golds gym in UAE. Our company is having a corporate deal with golds gym so all our staff are having membership. When we go there in golds gym Abu Dhabi Al Wahda mall branch the trainers are showing so much attitude and they are so arrogant if we ask something they dont even look at us. If we are working out on a machine the arrogant trainers will come with a person, that guy might be paying the trainer for personal training but still when we are working out it is not good to get us out from that machine. Your all staff are so arrogant having so much attitude they thinks they own that gym and we are begging them. We are not asking them to train us we are there to workout those trainers are not even letting us to do that also.

on 25/09/2021 i payed whatever amount for Mr. MARIO the Filipino guy in Alain branch with 1 year passport membership which can allow me to enter all branches. i was clear with him saying that ill be transferred to abu dhabi on end of october so do u advise me to take that passport membership ! he said yes...

i came to mazyad branch and every time im entering they stopped me saying sorry system not updated and i used to show them my membership agreement with NO.. HBZ89578 then they will allow me to enter.

currently i received a call from Angelic from mazyad branch saying sorry you are not allowed to enter here anymore and if you need to enter you need to pay 944 AED extra !

i believe that you cheated me guys and you took my money for fake passport membership and now they are saying its mario fault so if its his fault you as a company need to take the necessary actions not to ask me for more money !

Hi.

Recently golds gym alwahda mall has been closed by police and mall management. It is said that they haven't paid the rent and staffs was Complaining for the last 4 months that they are not paying their salary. They did a big scam and they were forcing members to renew their membership for cheap price recently. And most of them did renew also. Now that we lost our money. We have our items also inside the locker. This is ridiculous that an international gym like this would do something like this to customer

golds gym dubai is the worst gym in the whole universe, they are scammer and greedy. Very bad management

I Have complain for Alwahda Mall golds Gym,

the Timing should be till !2 midnight, but the staff forcing us to go out at 11:30 pm.
they even switched off the lights while we are inside which Is not safe.
I have problem in my ankles and I was about to fall cause I didn't see anything.

the way of treating the customers is not acceptable at all.
I am old customer since 2014, but now most of new staff have bad attitude.

I am currently a member in the Al Ain Gym, for past 28 months. Overall, I have been pleased with the facility. It is always clean, I love the classes, and staff were friendly. I have revealed to my friends about it, and its a great gym, and some of my friends also had enrolled in.

During recent months, I have been having unpleasant experience at the gym as many changes, and would like to bring to your kind attention one instance that recently one of the coaches who were really friendly and were way out of their season to reach our fitness goals, have been transferred or terminated and it is not first time, , all arabis coaches were transferred or terminated!
And all of them were perfect, , at least ask the members and take out opinions we pay money for the good coaches and we renew also for that thing..

Secondly I have also observed that the hygienic issues, as for sometimes there is no water in the showers and also poor maintenance of the facilities.

Hoping that you will review the matters what is occurrence and not to have such incidents, of which it really effects our routine in achieving our goals and the coaches who are really taking their interest in our activities.

Note: I already spoke to operation manager in Dubai & Alain without any action, , so I decide to freeze my membership and sell it to any one because they refuse to return my money..

hope any one will have action for this matter
