I can't believe it, but I got scammed and was afraid that all my information on my computer was accessed. The next morning, my son found Goinsta Repairs online. We called immediately and they were able to fix my computer and remove any malicious software or data sharing material that was put on by the scammers. I didn't even have to bring my computer in to the store. I am so grateful to them for their help and will continue to use them for any repairs I need in the future. Thank you to Marcie for all her hard work!

Computer repair - service not provided nor scheduled in the promised timeframe
I called to schedule an urgent repair and was told I'd get a call back shortly, the same day, to confirm a date/time for a tech to come to my house. Payment in full was required up front ($190 charged) and I did not get a call back the same day even though I had already paid and given my address.
