I was really impressed with the quality, cost, and quickness of the service for my Breitling Super Ocean. *** and *** made me feel comfortable about sending my watch to another state. I just told my brother about WatchRepair.net for fixing his Omega 300 GMT. I know he was also really happy. I'm happy to have found this place and I'll definitely use them again.

It looks like new and has the correct metal watch band that Jeff found for me! I've been wearing it for over a week and it is right on time everyday when I compared the time on my watch to our TV or computer clocks! If anyone reading my review, and you need your watch repaired, I think you'll be very happy with Jeff and Marc. I'm a tough person to please but I couldn't be more pleased after getting my Omega back. Great job guys, thanks!

WatchRepair.net, LLC really messed up big time with my watch. I forked over a whopping $600 on 11/12 to get my late Grandpa's ancient Bulova watch fixed up, hoping to surprise my Dad with it for Christmas. I sent it off to WatchRepair.net in their fancy shipping box, and they assured me they'd have it back in time for the holiday. Well, Christmas came and went, and guess what? No watch. They were all like, "Oops, sorry about that," and promised to speed things up. But here we are, over 5 weeks later, and I haven't heard a peep from them. Can you believe it?

I sent my Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch to Watch Repair.net and paid 'em $839 on October 8 for repair and overhaul. I also paid $53.95 for shipping and handlin' on September 27. When I got the watch back, I told *** that it was losin' two minutes every day. He told me to send it back, so I did. When I got it back again, he admitted that it was still losin' two minutes each day. He told me to set the watch two minutes fast and said that would fix the problem. But it didn't fix the problem 'cause the time keeps on slippin' away every day.
