Had to have the door water/ice dispenser in Samsung refrigerator replaced. The technician was really nice and got the job done quickly. Everything happened when they said it would.

The staff is nice and helpful when making an appointment. The technician who came for repairs was really good and knew what they were doing. I used to build fancy houses, and their work is better than most.

I been usin' Michaelson's Appliance Repair for years and gotta say, they been great. Always give me good service, fair prices, and them technicians know what they doin'. Ain't had no problems with 'em. Definitely gonna keep usin' 'em in the future.

Unreliable in a word, cancelled a repair appointment made 8 days ago 15 min before they were scheduled to arrive. Unprofessional and frankly a bush league operation. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with them.

Michaelson's Appliance Repair charged me $247.99 in July this year to fix my dryer. Out of that total, $6.33 was for the part (a plastic sensor), $15.95 for handling since it had to be ordered, AND $199.95 for labor. We hardly ever use this dryer since we spend most of our time at another place in Indian Rocks Beach. Unfortunately, it never functioned properly after the technician left, but we only use it once a month, if that. Today, the sensor failed again, and Michaelson's had the nerve to inform me that there would be an additional service charge. She mentioned that their work is guaranteed for 30 days. Nowhere on my statement does it state that the workmanship is only guaranteed for 30 days. I want to caution anyone who is thinking about contacting Michaelson's.

Terrible. They were very confusing about how they applied the $129 service call fee. I needed a lower oven heating element, but they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. It took a whole week to 10 days for the part to arrive. And then, the technician wasn't scheduled to come for another 7 days after that. I wasn't happy with that schedule, so I demanded to speak with management. Finally, they changed the scheduled technician to 3 days later.

But here's the worst part: the charge for this repair was outrageous. The total fee came to $363. They charged me $59 for the parts, $15 for shipping, and $32 for taxes. And get this, the labor charge wasn't based on an hourly rate, but a flat charge of $257. Can you believe it? The whole service call and repair took only about an hour and a half. The technician told me he gets paid on commission. So, be warned, make sure to ask about the labor charge before agreeing to the job.

Complete disappointment! We used this company to repair our washer through Lowe's warranty. Our $1300 washer won't spin out without becoming off balanced regardless of load size or spin speed. First time service tech was out he quickly said we were overloading the washer and needed to use a slower spin speed. He ran an empty load and said it was balanced. Immediately after he left I ran a small load on a slow spin speed and it became off balanced. I called Michael Appliance Repair and was told that I need to contact Lowes warranty again. Lowe's informed me that the repair ticket had been closed as resolved. I immediately contacted Michael Applaince repair again and was told that I needed to file a new claim with Lowe's, so I called Lowe's again and filed a new claim. The same service tech came out and said that we needed suspension bars and he'd put in for the parts. I called today to check on the parts and was informed it was declined by Lowes so I needed to contact Lowe's warranty yet again. Lowe's warranty informed me that the claim was closed as the service tech reported that there was no model or serial number on our washer. (It's on the back of the machine and I have a picture of it). I called Michale Appliance Repair yet again and was told the service tech made a note saying the laundry room is too small to work in and there were clothes on the floor and a major cockroach infestation in the washer and the clothes and that bugs were crawling up his legs! 🤯 I offered (and this offer still stands) for anyone besides that service tech to come and take a look for themselves, the service tech is obviously no longer welcomed in our home. While the laundry room is annoyingly small and there are clothes on the floor (we haven't had a washer now in 2-3 months and we're a family of 9 and I've spent hundreds at the laundry mat to try to keep somewhat up) we do not have any type of insect infestation, there are zero roaches in the clothes nor in the washer and if this situation were so horrible why was it not mentioned previously?! Oh, btw... we do foster care and have case managers and guardian at litem in our home every 25 days; not to mention we just completed an intense home inspection/home study as we're in the home stretch of completing two adoptions. I would love to file a formal complaint against this service tech and shame on Lowe's both for their lousy warranty and terrible choice in appliance repair companies.

On April 27th, around 2:00 pm, your repairman came to my house 'bout my dishwasher leaking. Check the email I sent ya for a long list of problems durin' this visit, the biggest one bein' the damage he caused to my ceramic tile floor 'cause he didn't give a darn while movin' the dishwasher. On April 30th, Chase and Bill came back to my place for a second time 'bout the dishwasher. Durin' that visit, Chase said he'd email me 'bout the ongoin' issues. Also, when they opened the dishwasher, there was some fresh tape on the fixed part. Bill was quick to say it was "factory tape," but come on, my dishwasher's 'bout 17 years old and that tape looked too darn clear and clean to be from the factory. On May 5th, I still hadn't heard from Chase or anyone, so I reached out. Chase sent a snarky email with an attachment to the wrong email address that didn't do squat to fix my problem. If anythin', it just showed how your company keeps neglectin' things.
