I have been charged last year in September for $200 Usd which is not been authorised by me. As on agreed decision you guys have to return me the whole amount in January then because of your team mistake its delayed to April . And later i found out that my refund is coming back in 23rd July. But i have seen you have no respect of your words and i believe you guys r not interested in giving me my money back. But still let me know if you are not providing me a refund, then i will go to court in new zealand to claim my money . I would like to have a reason why my money have been kept for no reason and a common man been disturbed for no reason.

    I am one of the customer in Australia
    $268 got deducted from my account. I wasn’t even using Global Hello for long time
    I spoke to girl Kaya and she said that Neha named girl who isn’t working there anymore somehow added this direct debit from my account
    I was told that I will get my money back in 90 days and instead of getting my money back in May $264 deducted from my account again
    And I was told that agent supposed to return this money into my account and accidentally deducted, which makes no sense
    Anyhow I told them to return my money or I will lodge dispute in bank
    Then another girl Rakhi told me that please do not lodge dispute and do not cancel your card number they will return my money on 13 August
    I never got my money back and they are saying that I can lodge dispute if I want after 10 months of waiting
    If anyone got any money deducted without authorisation please do not listen to them and lodge dispute with your bank ASAP so that bank can take action against them
