Plz guys they are fraud. Dont buy anything from this company without my permission they deducted money from my account $150 and they are keep telling me that it will take time its been 3 months now i havnt get my money back so plz i rwst to everyone sue this company or put complaint about this company so that it will close soon. I am a customer of global hell from april 2017 . Bought a pack for unlimited calling to india on two phone numbers but only two monthes they said your mintues has been finished and big argument they agree to cancel one number and calls continue.. now after six months they charged my card $150 without my permission and keep saying to returning the money but it's been six weeks but money has not been paid yet. So I need my money back or I will go for police complaint.
For past one year we received call from them telling that we have done a sim card recharge with them and asked us persistently to disclose the credit card details. Beware never disclose any details even simple ones like DOB as they record it and some companies can get information about you to start a fake account to charge you. we changed our credit card so they could not deduct amount so started harassing at any time of the day by calling and scamming us. I am a customer of GlobalHello with my login ID [protected] from New Zealand. Today I got a call to keep my account up and running for which I have to do the update of my account with a recharge of $20, which I did as there was almost a $100 left in my account so I dint wanted my account to close automatically. The person calls from your centre and asks me to do the update for $20 and they actually deduct $30. I got a verification call (from Mahi)as well in which I stated the amount as $20 not $30.As you guys maybe aware that you guys deal in USD not NZD. So every extra $ you charge me is actually much more than a $.
So I would want to get a refund of this amount anyhow. I don't know how your system works, I want the refund.
Earlier in the year as well, I was charged a $100 and was not refunded back that money and was forced to use the recharged amount. This time it's serious money matters going on on my end. So I want a full refund.

I live in Auckland NewZealand. It has been almost 2 years i am using Global Hello. But from past few months they are charging my credit cards with some schemes without my consent. In August they deducted around US $100 and told me that it was a promotional automatic scheme. I asked them to remove my card details and they assured me that its done and i will not be charged unnecessarily in future. But yesterday they charged US $ 200 for some scheme again, didn't even ask me about it. This is not right. This company looks like full of [censor]in fraudsters. They will get your card details once and play good for some time and then start ripping your money off your accounts.
One of the worst service ever.. Deducting money without proper notice.. And the staff doesn't know how to talk to anyone. Disgusting and guys if anyone is reading this comment do please do not try global hello service. Even I asked my friends to stop using..
Today I received a call that we are deducting 100$ from your account and the shocking thing is even I ma not using their service from the last 6 months. On asking why the lady from account department said you need to call us so that we can remove your name from database.

I am customer of Global hello. I bought the plan on 6 Feb 2017 from my agent name priya. she gave me deal 0.2 cent per minute for India calling plan. I have paid US $100 for this plan and she gave me 50, 000 mins for unlimited period. But on 22th of July 2017 all of the minutes were finish when I tried to make a call to India. The voice message said that I dont have enough sufficient minutes to make a call. Then on 23rd I message that my minute has finish so she told me that she's going to check and let me know. But she didn't response me back regarding this. I waited for a week thinking that she might email or ring me regarding this matter. when I didn't heard anything from her so I rang the globe hello company customers support center. The support centre said that they will get hold of the agent as soon as possible and will keep in touch with me about the result. I rang them more than 20 times but still till now they didnt inform me or email about anything. reference number RF925395438. They already blocked my account as well Login No - [protected].
In my experience Global hello company is a fraud company. they are not even providing good service to the customers. The agents are cheating with customers. The customer centre are not providing any result about your query if they really know what are they suppose to do the right thing right way then there wont be any complaints. They are not doing the right thing the
right way. Important messages are not been pass to agent if they cant handle the situation right way then why they open the centre for. If there's the good way to solve the customers need then we are happy to contact the agent directly. They just wasting customer time by holding them. As soon as they received the money they forget about their responsibility and doesn't care about the customers.

Hi, I have been using Global Hello service for a long number of years . But from last year I found my credit card has being charged without my concern.
On Jul-2017, I was charged USD80 on my credit card. I had called many times to their staff and they will just tell me, your agent will call u.
Till now no one had called me. Also I had sent email to the general support, sales team, but no response.

The Hello Global or Global Hello team contacted me and offered me cheap calling to India from New Zealand. Agent (Priyanka) called me and told me about the $60 USD plan for unlimited calling. I asked several times about the plan and made it clear that i do not want to use my mobile data for calling. Still she never disclosed the complete information that i need to have free unlimited local calls and kept saying that you can call without internet. Then i got a call from verification team (Agent Named - Mahi) and she confirmed the same plan and also confirmed that if i do not like the service then the money would be refunded without any hassle. After the payment was deducted from my account i got a call from technical department and that time i was told about the exact procedure about this service that either i should use my mobile data or i should pay my local service provider for using this service as i do not have unlimited local minutes for calling.
I logged a complaint through their online portal and received a call and discussed this matter with the lady on the phone and she advised a call back from the representative who spoke with me and sold the plan.
After 30 minutes i got a call from another lady (Natasha) and she was the most useless person i have ever came across. She was not willing to listen to the complaint even after accepting the fact that it was agents fault as she did not provide the complete information to me. I wasted my 15 minute speaking to this brainless lady but the outcome was as useless as her. She was not at all helpful and kept forcing me to use this plan which is of no use to me. I have not even used a single minute of this plan and she is refusing to refund the money giving lame reasons.
This is a clear case of FRAUD and want my refund.

Global Hello has deducted $ 35.26 from my credit card account without my authorisation as I am not their customer anymore. I had discontinued their services since 2011 as they had never provided any proper service to me.
The company promises to give 24/7 customer support but I have been trying to call them day and night but there is no reply or any message line on their phone. I have also sent two e-mails to them but there has been no response from them. I would like this company to be prosecuted for their fraudulent methods of cheating the public and lastly, I want this company to refund my amount of $35.26 which they have deducted on July 10 2017.

These people says the rate are real cheap and say the rate in currency where I live (Norway) but in real its totally fake.
They deal in usd only and that is really high.

And yes, lastly when you say that there are lots of complaints about your company. They answer that these complaints are not made by genuine costumer, they are done by competitiors for ruining their company name.
I am a customer of GH, with my Login ID- [protected] from New Zealand. Your agent( Name: Shweta), told me that I will get nice calling rates and this and that minutes. So I signed up for the first time, as I don't use much of GH to call India, as I have other alternate options as well to call for free. And now all of a sudden when I check my credit card statements, they are charging me and putting money in my GH account, which I never approved of. So the $100 you charged me on 29 May 2017, either refund it or I will have to take this to consumer affairs. And I never approved any auto debits on my card, So why the hell are you guys charging my card without my permission.
They have now blocked my card, so that no more transactions can be done from my card from their end.
Global Hello has taken money from my credit card without my permission. They have taken USD 250 approximately...
The team contacted me and offered me cheap calling to India and Dubai. The service worked fine until a few weeks and then they called back saying the amount on the account is empty.
To I responded saying show me the call records and I will buy more minutes from Globalhello.
They gave me a link which showed my call records for 15hrs approx and was missing 20 hours which I had already paid as a pack.
When I tried contacting them they said we will get back in a day or 2, but not heard from them.
They would also get the line disconnected splly on weekends. The whole week the connection is fine and then the representatives call asking for some referrals even after telling them I have none and then you get the gift from the company which is they disconnect you line for next 24-48 hrs and you spend more time trying to contact them. instead of talking to your loved one's. This has caused so much stress and so much loss of money.
Please do not fall for this company they are a big fraud.

My name is Sudhir Raj. I had subscribed to Global Hello in Singapore. In August, 2016 I noticed a credit card debit made of 155USD without my authorization. I reached out to them and their customer service person informed me that the credit will be made immediately. I have had multiple calls with them and no signs of Credit back. I am given silly excuses like Demonetization has resulted in no banking transactions!
I want to inform that I am Nishant from NewZealand and I call to India with Global Hello minutes purcsaed, but now I am not purchasing any minutes from them because of bad service as there is always a service problem but now only 2 days back they deducted 73 NZD dollars from my account and I was not informed by call or sms, I want to get the refund back, I suggest to everyone to never trust Global Hello they talk sweet on phone but they services are not worthwile purchasing,
Please suggest that I will be refunded my money or not.

I am customer of G H from New Zealand, when G-hello salesperson(Khushi) call me, she talk always like we give 2 cents/min, we are giving very cheap rates to call India using our service, one final day I came to know that when i was signup a new account with global hello they are dealing with USD not NZD, she told me about US dollar at the very end of conversation which is not fare.If they told me that they deal with US dollar I would not activate my account with G H.My worry is at least while comparing she could told us USD and NZD.

Dear Friends, Please don't believe the Global Hello Teleservices Internet calling card company. It is VERY BIG FRAUD company. They promised me that we can talk to India for more than 4200 min. if we pay US $ 30.00. But to our surprise when we talked for around 500 minutes, "Payment required" message has come. When we call the Customer service, they confirmed that our payment got over and to make further call, we have to make again payment... They used to call me once in one hour till I pay the money. Once they got the money in their account, that's end of their service. Now they are not even picking our phone calls and not responding for our messages. Take care! Be away from the GlobalHello Teleservices calling card cheating company.
