Amantel 3 minutes call default. Amantel stole my money. Amantel is a fraud.
Amantel is a fraud. Call drops, 3 minutes taken away per 1 second calls.
I bought a $50 calling credit. I was giving about 650 call minutes. Yet, I have not been able to make more than 20 minutes successful calls out of the 500 minutes that they have taken away from me.
Now, the minutes have been reduced to 160 minutes from 650 minutes. I have called several times to ask why 3 minutes are taking from me for 1 second call drop. they remove 3 minutes per second call made even when they calls are dropping.
The calls are inaudible and often drops multiple times (frequently)
I have called them more than 20 times and they promised to fix the problem, yet, nothing has been done and no time has been refunded back. I called now and the customer care service provider that attended to me was so rude, to the extent that he told me that my concern wasn't his problem and not his concern.
He was absolute rude with I don't care attitude.
Please I want to know why a customer would be charged for 3 minutes just for a call that lasted for 2 seconds? he told me that the 3 minutes is a default for every second call. I have been charged 27 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes for making calls that were less than 3 minutes due to their call dropping. He said that if I want , that I should write to [protected]@amantel.com .
Amantel Pleases I need all my minutes back or I take this further to every social media. A family member introduced me to Amantel and she has since stopped using Amantel due to similar issues.
I need all my minutes back and this 3 minutes default has to stop.
Desired outcome: Rude customer talked me to me like I was stupid to call them
