Reliance Global Call Missing call minutes.

I had paid for 800+ minutes in December of 2023. Dis not use any of it, until now wanting to use it. Contacted customer service by chat. The first person said there was no balance in the account! Then, no response after that.

2nd chat:

Simply responded that reason given in 1st chat and no further response.

This is a rip off outfit that steals your money.

Claimed loss: Loss of 800+ minutes.

Desired outcome: That no one else subscribes to this service.

Reliance Global Call What happened to my recharge $

I charged for $25. on Feb 14, 2023. I have not used the call hours as earned and yesterday I tried to connect to India call it asked me to recharge. Let me tell you I am no fool. When trying to call customer support the phone rings couple of times and disconnect. Their support as copied from site reads " Reliance Global Call We are available 24*7 and would love to hear from you. Call us @ [protected] (between 1200 Hrs GMT to 0600 Hrs GMT) or Contact us via E-mail ([protected]@relianceglobalcall.com), Live Chat, leave your Feedback.

Absolute crap. Don't be fooled. Be careful when recharging.

Desired outcome: I want my minutes put back or money refunded.

Reliance Global Call Phone bill

All of sudden after 3 years or more I got a email saying I have a bill. I called for so many days no response and then on chat and they keep on saying clear the bill. I am asking bill for what and you remember after 3 years to send me email. They have no response and many emails to terminate the account and requesting a call back to explain the bill and they say rent . I want to know for what. This company is frUding us when we are dealing with pandemic.

Desired outcome: Want to terminate and they need to erase the bill .

Reliance Global Call Calling service

There are three issues:

First Issue: I use their "Simply Reliance Call" plan. I last charged my account May 10th for $10, and I had more than 200 minutes left. However, I suddenly noticed in my account on June 11, 2021 that my balance was reduced to $0. I lost all the minutes that was more than 200 minutes. My usage history was totally blank while I have been calling to India almost everyday.

Second Issue: I have been facing this particular issue for months intermittently, particularly, immediately after I recharge my account. I have been unable to login to https://www.relianceglobalcall.com/ in my online account immediately after I recharge my account. I recharged my account ($5) on June 11, 2021 when I noticed that my balance suddenly dropped from more than 200 minutes to zero for no reasons. It was important for me to make a call so I thought to recharge my account for $5 and wanted to deal with the lost balance of more than 200 minutes later. But, after I recharged my account with $5, I was not able to login to my account any more. And, yes, I have not forgotten my PIN.

Third issue: I was also unable to place any call for using my account. However, my credit card has already been charged for $5. This problem has been happening for months now every time I recharge my account. This time, the issue worsened further locking me out from my online account and not allowing me anymore to call using the balance that I recharged on June 11, 2021.

I have exactly the same issue as yours. Something is wrong with reliance global call or their account is hacked or somebody is doing some fraud. I am not sure what it is. Last things no one answer for last 6 months I have a more then 4000 min and now they saying some one call Nepal from my account. Which is. Not true. I only call India. But agent saying email them and wait. Last six months I’m still waiting. Unreal. They can fix. But no one care. None of them number is working. They saying on phone when I called your account is temporary disabled I will transfer your call to customer care and no one come and again recording saying please check the number Some one need to fix issue

This company was part of Anil Amabani's operation. He has declared bankruptcy in the UK. Part of his personal testimony in court was that he was personally bankrupt and penniless!

The company's (Reliance Global Call) Customer Service is worse than pathetic. Their website does not accept Canadian Postal Codes (Alphameric); customer service phone is not answered, emails are ot answered, etc., etc..

This company shows all the signs of being not operational. It might be bankrupt. If you find an alternative, switch now. Don't spend any more on them.

Reliance Global Call unethical business practices

Reliance Global Call (RGC) is full of bogus business practices. I wonder why they were not prosecuted either in US or India. I have used RGC for sometime. First, they charge even if the call does not get connected. They they send fake info/promotions through a barrage of emails. Recently I recharged my card with $10. Their receipt clearly said "Payment Received (Inclusive of Taxes) 10 USD". However, my credit card was charged $10.53. When I tried to call their customer support line, it did not get connected. It disconnected after a few rings. Finally after several trials, I got hold of an operator. I asked if there was an issue with their phone line. He ignored my question even after I repeat it. When I asked his name, he hesitates to provide it. After I asked him again, he provided his name; but I don't believe it was true.
Then I asked the important question: Why RGC says "Payment Received (Inclusive of Taxes) 10 USD" when they clear charge another amount. He ignore my questions again. Finally he says: 'that is tax. go and ask the government'. He was very rude from the beginning and finally disconnected me.

Do not give your business to RGC. You will be disappointed and degraded.

Reliance Global Call international call

I been with rgc for more than 5 years and last month someone used our account to call some unknown person in uae where we don't have anyone to call. Call history says that it was called from my wife's number but I don't see any call has been made in call history. I contacted rgc support and they are the worst customer service I ever had seen. Below is their response

"you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and pin, and you agree
To pay for all services charged to your account, whether or not you have authorized such use. Please note also that you are solely responsible for any and all charges to your account and that we cannot be held responsible for any and all fraudulent charges that result from theft or fraudulent use of your
Credit/debit/charge card or pin."

If someone hacks their system, it is customer's fault as per above statement from them. I'm not sure how they are allowed to operate in usa with this shady rule.

Reliance Global Call prepaid service/customer service

Worst call quality and worst customer service. calls to any landline
in Gujarat India is not working for last couple of weeks. They are keep saying it's BSNL problem but I could make a call from Call4sale prepaid services. Don't use them.

Called/Chat with customer service but they are asking to give them some time to fix the issue or either they are aware and working on this issue and my request is prioritized. same answer every time you call.

Once you prepay they don't care but they should realize that they going to loose this customer for lifetime.

Reliance Global Call telephone service

Reliance Global Call bills wrongly! When you call they put you on hold when you say the call is about wrong billing. They open the case provide the case number.

However they do not refund the amount wrongly billed. Keep giving excuses. Every time you call, put you on hold, we will work on it. But nothing is ever refunded! I am so sick of Reliance Global Call is a fraud.

I am going to complain to US Federal Communications Commission about these scammers! I urge every one who is mad at these scammers to complain to US Federal Communications Commission.

Reliance Global Call refund for overcharge

I was charged twice of $17 on my credit card when I tried to register. There was an error and I never used their service.
I wrote to them and Reliance asked me to submit my credit card statement, which I did.
It's more than a year I never got any refund.
Their customer service is a fraud.
Please help me to get refund.

Reliance Global Call international telephone call

Reliance Global Call from US to India is poor quality, pathetic and totally un-reliable. Call quality is very bad. Even if you keep trying the quality does not change. In the conversations you miss 20 to 30 seconds of the talk. In addition to poor quality calls, some times the calls randomly get disconnected.

If you call customer service, they go through their ###ic check list and say "Sir our call quality is good, may be you try again?" How many times should one call to get a proper quality call? They do not credit for poor quality of calls or dropped calls.

You are warned do not sign up with Reliance Global Call!

Reliance Global Call account to call from india

I have registered with them to call from India on 23rd Sept, 2015. Today is 28th Sept, 2015. I am not able to connect single call to Canada.
They don't have contact number for India. They only have email address. ' [protected]@relianceglobalcall.com'.
On email they reply after 2 days. In that email they say they will contact me, or they say they called me couple of times but I did not pick up a call. This is all humbug. Nobody called me from them till now.
How government allow this people to run there business?

Reliance Global Call customer service unresponsive

I have been a Reliance Global Call customer for the past 10 years. In the beginning it was good. However, in the recent years they turned out to be very inefficient and the whole global calling is turning out to be a scam. I called atleast ten times to lodge a complain that I was unable to place a call to India from my cell phone. I spend hours talking to them. They will provide a complaint # and next time when I call to findout the status I have been told the complaint is resolved and closed. The issue was never resolved even after 6 weeks. I am so frustated and decided to close my account after exhaust my funds in the account and decided to block this company from charging on my credit card.I would not recommend this company to anyone and you will be just wasting your valuable money.

I am writing from Canada and have used reliance global calling for over 5 years. I don't even know own when they made changes to their plan that one cannot call over 90 mins to india in Value pack. Their customer service is horrible and makes no sense as they have poor communication skills, customer service is not the focus and lack of training.

I do not recommend this service anymore and I have opted out after using the service for over 5 years.

Reliance Global Call keep charging credit card, even when ask them to terminate the account

The company keep charging the monthly minimum fee, even after requesting for termination of service (which they claim there is no such request... bulls**t). When I called again to question them they make me pay the remaining balance to Terminate. I didn't even realize they didn't terminate my account for the past 5 months and keep charging my card.
This company treat the customer like s**t
I would recommend everyone to keep away from Reliance and it's Telecom products.

Reliance Global Call fraud practices

Reliance Phone Cards is full of bogus business practices. Their customer service is one of worst you can ever see. I used their service for some time; and find their attitude disgusting. First, their cards don't connect, but still they charge for the minutes you were on the line. Second, they send emails offering additional minutes to be added when you recharge. They NEVER do. Their canned replies are: 'We don't have that scheme'. 'It does not apply to you'. 'That scheme was doment (i.e. dormant)'. 'We will check later. The concerned department is not available now'. 'Did you really get the email? Then read it out now'. 'You got the email last week? That is so old'. etc. etc. ... They send a large number of spam promotional emails. There is no way to stop them. There is no 'unsubscribe' link. When you call the customer service, they would assure you that they would not send the spam anymore; but they NEVER do. Their customer service is so rude. They don't listen to you any way and talk over you. They refuse to transfer to the supervisor (if he/she ever existing). DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH RELIANCE GLOBAL CALL. They are bogus and fraud. It is waste of your money, time, and peace of mind.

Reliance global call is full of bogus business practices and bad customer service. Now even worse – the customer service phone does not work - their website has a message “Our call center number is down. Please use chat….” A Phone company with the PHONE DOWN! Currently waiting for REliance to recharge my available minutes for 3 days.
I used their service for some time but they have gone bad in the last year and find their customer dis-service agents very disgusting. Calls don’t connect but you still get billed even double billed if you check the usage logs and the call time – how can you be billed for 2 calls for 35 minutes and 45 minutes just 5 minutes apart start time. I was doubles billed for the 30 overlapping minutes to the same number.!
The festival "free minutes at recharge bonus" is a fraud. The free minutes are NEVER added when you recharge. Their canned replies are: 'We don't have that scheme'. 'It does not apply to you'. 'That scheme was doment (i.e. dormant in Indian english)'. 'We will check later. The concerned department is not available now'. 'Wait for 15 minutes you will get your minutes' - thats 3 days and counting. And several times in the same chat 'enter your registered phone number', etc. etc. ... and sending a link their website and disconnecting the chat. Then you have to start another chat, enter your name and phone number multiple times and more canned replies. They send a large number of spam promotional emails. There is no way to stop them. There is no 'unsubscribe' link. Their customer service is so rude. They don't listen to you any way and talk over you. They refuse to transfer to the supervisor (if he/she ever existed). DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH RELIANCE GLOBAL CALL. They are bogus and fraud. It is waste of your money, time, and peace of mind. Vonage is better and Whatsapp a free app is much better.

Would give them negative stars if I could.
I was wrongly charged for the last 8 months, Reliance claims that I had signed up for an "auto renewal" plan when I had not. I was on a prepay for your minutes and reload when needed plan, I use the service so sparingly that there is no way I would even consider an auto renewal plan. Bad business practice, basically blindside customers into the "autorenewal" plan and refuse to process credits when due, total Fraud.

I have similar issues with Reliance Global call even in 2017. They have not improved a bit over the years. They don't respond to complaints most of times. Even if they do, it is just a standard reply... "We are looking into it", "We will check with the concerned department", "There are terms and conditions", "Refund is not possible as per our concerned department". They are literally robbing their customers by charging their customers in US dollars but giving same baniya type service that they give to their poor customers in India. They really need to match up their customer service standards with US standards. It is reliance motto that once received the money from customers, they can never return it to customers for whatever reason on the planet. That is how their owners have become richest people in India. I see so many customers complaining about Reliance Global Call service. Probably they deserve class action lawsuit in US so all the customers can get their very deserving refund. Their android app started malfunctioning and I got a bill for hundreds of dollars for the calls made to India by my mobile carrier because the calls didn't get routed via the Reliance app. They are not even responding to the complaints. Probably Ambanis need to be notified of this filthy business practices (or may be they only blessed these practices!). Don't waste your hard earned money and time on these robbers. There are lot of other very nice companies with cheaper rates that will make you a very happy and satisfied customer!

Recently I tried to make a call and to my surprise I hear "there is no balance in my account". After I logged on to my online account and saw there was "0" balance left. This is very shocking, as far as I know until 2 days before I had enough credit left for up to a year of phone call to India. Also there is no way to download the statement to confirm the usage either.
Very appalling and shameful.

cheating with consumers, they dont disclose complete information, only certain numbers are allowed to be called at the standard rates specified others are charged with very very high rates

They charge me 3 time on my credit card within 20 days with there so called unlimited plan. And when i call them they are like we can't refund your money now. its 1 of the bad experience with this company. so please spread the voice to not do any business with this company. they always charge you on your credit card.

Why should Reliance encourage such Activities? why cant customer care check such malpractices? They display a demo of how to sign up and recharge...so much so to fool its customers? Do they think all customers of reliance are fools? It is absurd that a great company like Reliance is indulging in such fraudulent business strategies to mislead its customers and generate shame instead of revenue...?!

Reliance Global Call is a shameless company that indulges in all kinds of frauds. Its so called unlimted plan is definitely not unlimited. Its high time all Indians (and may be other South Asian customers) tried to boycott these shamless dishonest and disgusting cheaters.

I totally agree with you. I too am a victim of the same.
This is regarding a very SHAMEFUL incident from Reliance Global Calls, wherein although my account was in deactivated state with auto-renewal also deactivated, the amount has been debited from my credit card towards the auto-renewal.
And not only this, I had also opted out from the plan and still then my account has been recharged.
It is such an act of FRAUD and that too in the BROAD DAY LIGHT.

I want the debited amount to be immediately reverted back to my credit card or else I'm going to file a complain with "Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, US" and every other concerned forum regarding this malpractice.

It is really shameful that brand of such stature is indulging in such low-level business tactics to generate revenue.

Reliance Global Call pathetic sevice and poor quality network

Iam so frustrated with this such well known company and their service. Most importantly the way they treat their customers without a single reply.
Below is my latest mail to them .

Hello there,

This is like the third mail I am sending and as usual I do not expect any reply from you.I am long standing user of your prepaid international calling service.

Seriously, what is wrong with your service? I simply cannot connect to Indian numbers or any Australian numbers, It’s so frustrating when the line keeps disconnecting every time without any valid reason.. It’s not just the service the whole customer service seem to be so very pathetic !I think i have had enough and you are totally losing a UK based customer to your competitors.

After all you are a well established company and why would you care to reply or bother about a single customer like me !

I paid for calling minutes to India. cannot use their service. They have customer service numbers that do not work. Their Chat does not work. The only thing that works is the ability to take your money via Credit Cards.

I have windows-7. I tried to download, install, uninstall, and repeat this (rnetcall.com) at least fifteen times. But it is so bogus that every time I try to login, I just get an error message, & nothing happens further.
I believe, reliance should get out of this international calling provider business. It is totally unreliable. It has spoiled the name of its founder, Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani.

I tried their customer service email several times. They don't reply at all. Yet, their customer service representatives ask the customers to email their issues. (They know they are not going to reply).
