Appalling customer service makes this feel like a scam
Absolutely horrid customer service, processes and follow ups. Feels like a scam.
I ordered a pair, and immediately realized i had chosen half a size too big. Within 30 minutes I emailed customer service and asked for a change. The first email was replied to very quickly asking for confirmation. That was the last efficient communication.
After I confirmed, the order went on hold for months. My questions about status took weeks to reply, now after months of back and forth (each correspondence assuring me things were "in production" with no tracking and no proof, and the website staying "on hold" indefinitely) they said they would issue me with a refund, which I am still chasing.
Now I am out 300+ Dollars and am going to have to try a fraud complaint at my bank. I dont care how good the shoes are, it's just not worth it. If anyone is actually getting them.
Recommendation: Don't bother. There are so many great brands out there, or find a local leatherworker instead.
Girotti Shameful Service
Girotti shoes epitomises everything that is wrong from an Italian run production company. False promises, diabolical service and lack od accountability. They charged for express service and after 3 weeks no delivery, when contacted and questioned they refused to accept express was quick delivery. To top it all, they took payment in advance, no shoes have arrived and they refuse a refund.

Worst service ever!
I ordered a pair of shoes, received them more than a month later. I noticed they charged me twice for the shoes. I had to contact my bank to reverse charges. The shoes were 2 different sizes. I immediately reached out and they rold me i had to measure my feet i was adamant that i just needed the left shoe to be the same size as the right shoe, as it fit perfectly. They made me send multiple set of pictures of my feet and a measuring tape. They told me that my feet measured wide. They are not wide. Afer more than six weeks of back and forth. i just asked for my money back, which they would not do. Today, 3 momths later i received another pair of shoes which are at least a size and a half too big. I cant go through this again. The worst customer service i have ever had..DO NOT BUY FROM GIROTTI
Sent 2 different width shoes
First of all, they charged my credit card twice. I had to send dispute to my credit card company.
Secondly the shoes are super cute but they sent me 2 different width shoes. The right shoe, 37 regular width fits perfect, the other way too wide... I emailed them the day I received the shoes. They replied saying they need me to measure my feet. I told them I just need 2 of the right shoe. This went back and forth for weeks, I measured my foot and sent them an email, the length did not fit any length in their size chart. and they said the width indicated wide. Grrr, I am so frustrated at this point. I am disputing this charge as well and asked them for my money back and a return label. They said they don't accept returns on custom made shoes... and once again, asked me to measure my feet. I literally sent them a picture of my feet with the tape measure. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Way to difficult and frustrating to deal width. (get the pun).. this is still an ongoing saga

The Girotti shoes showed up on Google in December 2023. The review was good and I ordered my first shoes on December 28 2023. After month waiting for delivery, this company put a lot of shoes on sale with a discount. I then decided to purchase second pair on January 6 2024. I started to ask again about delivery by email because the phone number they provided no one answered even once. They answered by email that the shoes are custom made and I need to wait. I was very disappointed with the quality of the first pair of shoes. I didn’t like the quality and design of the shoes, because of top of shoes didn’t make right shape (wrinkles all around) and didn’t have a support for my feet (leather is very soft) it is very dangerous to walk. Second pair were not right size (they don’t have 7 1/2, only 7 and 8. There has been lot of emails between us. They don’t want to return my money. The website said free delivery and free return. They ask for reason - I explained. They asked for pictures and I sent pictures and videos. I am extremely tired of the game this company continues to play. How is possible that a company like this is on market?
