Have been trying to get to dream pair shoes by several different methods and have been on the phone with them for long periods of time, several different times. Nobody answers the phone. On November 23, I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas for my granddaughter, but the picture appeared in the wrong side. I intentionally ordered it, in the correct size, but have the wrong size boots. Would like to send back, but do not know where to send the boots. Dream Pairs is trash, don't buy their shoes. I tried to return my order and those fools never gave me my refund. They say they don't know where my package is, but I think they're just trying to rip me off. The shoes are super whack too, like Dollar Store quality. Save your money and shop somewhere else, these people are straight-up robbers.
When looking on the site, I saw that they were listed as 8.5, but I purposely ordered 7.5 size boots. Today they arrived at the incorrect size. I have reordered, but want to know where to sent the 8.5 boots.
