I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair. I was in store Oct 27 2026 2PM. There were some Amy's organic burritos on top shelf in frozen aisle on Clearance sale. i asked an employee to assist and she got me a box of them with 11 in it. On Thursday Oct 29 I took 10 of them in to give to physical care nurses and front desk employees. Thursday night I looked at heating instructions and saw use by July 2025! It was too late to call Physical therapy and I could not sleep so stayed awake until they opened at 5:30 AM on Oct 30. Told them make sure not to eat and let nurses know at 7AM not to eat theirs. I called the store and front service desk just said bring in my receipt and last remaining burrito for a refund. I told her not sure if someone got sick eating them. Then she forwarded me to store Manager. He just said thank you for calling and letting him know; I asked would someone get sick eating 15 month past usee by daye ? He said I don't know and pretty much just waited for me to say goodbye. I called Corperate and young Lady taking my info kept telling me to look at bottom of receipt for some numbers. She was getting annoyed cause I told her I couldn't find them; I finally read off every number until the "middle" of receipt then she said those #'s. then I read of all the #'s and she said you need to space them. I told her maam those are in the middle of receipt not bottom. Then she was just going to hang up and I had to ask to ask her if she needed the lot @ and use by date and item description ist. Then I had to ask for her name which I am 65 and use hearing aids and she said Kenisha and I asked her to please spell it and she again acted annoyed and I appologised due to my hearing aids.
